Our front desk attendant was passed out in the back office. I had to wake her up to get a new room key after it didn't work.

On ground floor. Flank Bistro was handy. The shower valve was either hot or cold. Couldn't get a mix.

The room was very clean. I like the fact that we had a frig and microwave. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The one thing I did not like was the flooring in the room. I don't like getting out of bed onto a vinyl floor. I prefer carpet in the rooms.
