Location, location, location! Specifically, booked the hotel for the beach. Wasn't informed it was "under construction" until after we paid and were on our way. Very disappointing.

Very nice resort with all of the amenities you could ask for. The Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great views. Shuttles run to the lake and back or take an E bike with an onsite rental.

Pool is terrific and nice big hot tubs..walking paths with exercise spots..the beach... food was mediocre but if you have wheels there are plenty of good food spots in the area

Treated my 2 daughters, 2 years old granddaughter and myself a 2 night stay. Excellent week day getaway. Enjoyed the pool, pool side service, and the complimentary s’mores!

I loved my time at the Hyatt. My favorite part about the hotel is that they give access to private beach. I was disappointed that there was construction going on so there weren't any lounge chairs available at the beach this time. The pool area was nice place to relax. The wait staff was great. Also had breakfast in the morning and that was amazing. Definitely going to book a room next summer.

There is construction on the hotel site and no access to Lake Tahoe on the property. You have to take a shuttle bus to an offsite location to access the lake.

Staff and location. Elevators - Only one working and too slow getting to our rooms. Needed to pay for microwave oven. Also, in room 629 too much noise coming from next room.

? ants in the room and after switching rooms, the new room also had ants. Staff wasn’t surprised, seems like ants and bugs in this hotel is normal.

The beds weren’t comfortable. Need new beds. Felt like I was laying on an inversion table that’s how soft the mattresses were
