The restaurants in the resort were great and have good selections.

The staff is wonderful! The food is extremely good! Signage to elevators could be better in hallways.

We had a great time...

Staff and location. Elevators - Only one working and too slow getting to our rooms. Needed to pay for microwave oven. Also, in room 629 too much noise coming from next room.

? ants in the room and after switching rooms, the new room also had ants. Staff wasn’t surprised, seems like ants and bugs in this hotel is normal.

The beds weren’t comfortable. Need new beds. Felt like I was laying on an inversion table that’s how soft the mattresses were

I reserved a room with a balcony and I was given one in the tower which was not what I reserved

Pros: Clean, roomy suite, nice view. Decent food. Nice staff. Prompt valet for luggage. Fairly quiet. Beautiful pool/spa setting. Very private blocking out the wind. Nice complimentary water bottles to drink from the whole stay and take home. Nice refrigerator. Great comfortable King bed. Good pillows and towels. Good food in available restaurants. Banks, grocery stores, and other amenities were not too far a drive away. Cons: two nights and three days, only one elevator was working the whole time. Delayed by up to ten minutes several times. Check in was not until 4:00--which was what was posted--but that was a long wait. Most hotels can get you in a bit sooner. Felt a bit strung along as started inquiring at noon and every half hour they said soon. Wish they had just said 4:00 and we could have gone sight seeing. Beach and restaurants closed for remodel in the lake area. Valet parking $50 a night and self parking $30 a night per person. That is high. Plus if came in late very limited parking in self parking. Had to park quite aways away.

Staff was excellent at responding and resolving issues. Tristan at the front desk was amazing in helping to resolve a booking problem that required above and beyond effort. Another thanks to the phone operator, the very pleasant Jeanine. It made our stay memorable.

The property was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. I did not the fact that one elevator was not operating the entire time I was there. This caused long weights and very full elevators each time I took it.

So many things to do here. Too bad their beach wasn’t accessible when we visited but they had other private beaches we could use. Staff was to notch. We aren’t fans of the casino but it was nicely separated. Great location with so many great activities & restaurants within walking distance.

Generally a nice property but for the price, they are letting certain amenities, pool chairs, bathrooms feel a little out of date, possibly dirty.

Spa is ok. Sports bar nice Dated. Elevator broken. Had to walk 12 flights of stairs down. Bad casino and low end restaurant with no ambiance
