We had a blast on the bikes; rode to Sand Harbor on a beautiful Summer morning. The room was very clean, well maintained and the lobby had delicious coffee for us in the morning. The staff were all very helpful and kind!! We will definitely be back♥️

We used their EV charger as well, which was helpful. A little fridge and microwave in the room would have been nice.

This property is newly remodeled, clean and very safe feeling. The location was ideal for the activities we wanted to enjoy. The font desk lady wasn’t very friendly and gave us incorrect information about how the beach pass worked and even where the beach was.

So convenient for us as we live in Reno and this is always our go-to. Excellent, clean comfortable property w/ great staff. Shout-out to manager, Aida (sp?)—she is just awesome-so personable, and has a great rapport with guests!! Nothing!

The rooms are clean and updated. The manager went above and beyond to accommodate us. They offer private beach access passes with your room. The mattresses are tragically worn out. Both sides are sunken in and you can feel the springs. Very disappointing for how much you pay for the room. The pastries were days old. Not fresh.

The staff is amazing and super helpful. The lodge is close to everything in Incline Village. And the property is beautiful and rooms are clean and spacious. Highly recommend!
