Fue una experiencia maravillosa, visité el hotel con mi familia por el cumpleaños de mi niña y la pasamos súper, me hospedé en una de las habitaciones dobles y no me imaginé que fuera tan grande, súper limpia y con todos los accesorios para una estancia, nos encantó y nos volveríamos a rentar, el personal fue maravilloso, cuando necesitábamos toallas , sábanas o mantas , solo tenías que pedirlas y enseguida te las daban, en el parque acuático también la pasamos súper , tanto mi niña como nosotros los adultos lo disfrutamos muchísimo, lo recomiendo 100%

The waterpark that is advertised on their website is not actually part of the hotel. One pass comes with each room and then you have to purchase additional passes for the rest of your party. There is no pool available at all for people saying in the hotel until 6 o’clock when the waterpark closes. Our room had no hot water in the shower and the room my sister stayed in had what appeared to be bedbugs. The staff was very apologetic when reported however I would not stay there again.

The property was decent and the location was nice, we had a few hiccups on our arrival day we were notified by front desk that there was an issue with the AC in our originally booked room, they offered us a different room within the same category and provided us with complimentary entrance for the water park adjacent to the property, we gladly accepted and understood the situation and were happy. Once we got into the room, we discovered the washer/dryer did not work, wasn’t even plugged in to be used while they provided soap to use, called and inquired and was told by front desk team they will provide keys to another room for which I could use, decided to wash by hand instead. Later on in the evening the fridge started leaking water and there was a big puddle of water in front of the fridge. My husband disconnected the water connection we didn’t complain and advised them of this upon check out. The following day, we checked out an hour ahead of check out time received our comp tickets and went to spend the day at the park, later i realized that we had forgotten my husband’s shoes in the room, I told him to go to front desk and inquire immediately as housekeeping would have probably found them and handed it to them there to hold as this is standard procedure for most hotels when guest leave something behind. Unfortunately this was not the case and according to the housekeeping team the shoes were not there, we searched and didn’t find them they were stolen by the housekeeper.

The beach is 2 blocks away and was breathtaking! We rented a 6-seater golf cart from Danny (number in the office) and it was AWESOME to get around to and from places. You can drive them as a vehicle on any road posted 35mph or less. This was a lifesaver as we never lost our garage parking spot and saved on gas as well. Our personal boat wasn't fixed in time for this vacation (bummer) but... there are nice docks within steps from the condo to fish. Our grandsons had the best time catching 12-15 big catch fish (we released them) at the docks. Jim & Kayleigh were FABULOUS! Jim was so pleasant & helpful with many details to elevate our stay. Kayleigh, a younger guy went out of their way to get towels, extra household essentials, and a floor fan for our room. Not one time did they make us feel like we were a pest. Upon arrival we noticed our frig wasn't making ice. After reporting it, a very nice maintenance man came and resolved the issue. This is TRULY a DREAM VACATION RESORT. Melanie (Williston, FL)

They were hosting family and friends both days with screaming children running up and down the hall in front of the rooms. They were talking over each other to be heard and there were more than 10 adults and 8 kids under 12. I had to go out at 10:30pm on Sunday night and tell them people were trying to sleep! Then again at 11:00pm!

Property is very clean and cozy I’d love about the property is the staff was very nice and provided excellent customer service. I also appreciate how close everything is, such as the beach, restaurants, shops, and supermarket.
