Harbourside Resort, a New Hotel Collection Property

Property is very clean and cozy I’d love about the property is the staff was very nice and provided excellent customer service. I also appreciate how close everything is, such as the beach, restaurants, shops, and supermarket.

Size and style of the room I had a confrontation with the security at the pool. He was very impolite, and offensive. That's the only thing that messed up my stay there. Otherwise I would be a repeat customer.

Everything was great—the staff was incredible, everything was clean, and it was very close to the beach! It was amazing!

This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have had. The room was disgusting, other peoples hair all over the bathroom and the carpets were horribly dirty. I let my one year old crawl around for maybe 20 minutes and the tops of his feet and knees were filthy. The power in the bathroom went out and the AC was not working. When the maintenance man came to help (very nice guy) the ac filter he pulled out was DISGUSTING. That did not solve the AC problem and we ended up having to go to the CVS near by to purchase a box fan. As for the amenities, lol. If you wanted to use the pool from 10-6pm you had to pay $22+ to utilize it. The towels and ice were kept across the street in a separate building. The manager on duty, Kayleigh, I believe was apologetic and helpful but something has to actually be done about the facilities. I will not return.

It's an older building and it shows. It could use an update, but my kids did enjoy the waterpark that is attached to the hotel.

We stayed at a one room condo. Enjoyed the stay. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. They didn't have land line phone to talk to front desk. We used our cell phone and our request was promptly fulfilled.

Great for a family vacation

Checking in and checking out was simple. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The parking garage was a plus since it kept your vehicle out of the sun and you could walk to restaurants, stores and to the beach, you actually did not have to do much driving unless you chose to. It was a very relaxing vacation.

Short walk to beach That you had to pay to use the water park everyday and that there is no pool for guest from 10am to 6pm due to the water park being open. One day we just wanted to lay out by pool and couldn’t do so since the water park was open. We either had to pay to go lay by pool or wait until 6pm when they closed. They need a pool just for guest that don’t want all the other things that are in the water park.

The views, short walking distance to the beach and the Waterpark. Cvs was very convenient. The welcome center staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Slow and extremely hot elevator. Dishwasher old and one of the loudest. Noisy ceiling fan in bedroom and noisy AC in bedroom. The splash Waterpark staff, once they saw we had 4 free tickets for our 4 kids when I checked them in to get their wrist band, she never said one word to any of us, she threw the 4 tickets over to the side on another desk area, placed the 4 wrist bands on each kid with no verbal interaction from her at all. I asked her if we were good at the end and she only nodded. No, have fun and enjoy. Or even a hello, how are you, how can I help..... That was not a nice experience!

Room was nice and spacious only stayed one. Night walked to restaurant and ice cream shop. Water park was ok not very big 2 slides pool lazy river and splash pad area . Lazy river was anything but lazy kids swimming under you hitting you under the water. One kid threw a raft hit me in head life guard did catch it and got onto him. Lots of drinking happening at this water park we went on a Saturday and beer cans was on edge of lazy river a group of adults just hanging in the back of the river pretty drunk. My husband likes to have some beers and he even noticed how much drinking was going on here.
