Nice hotel

Not worth the cost. Prices were jacked up due to the holiday weekend. Rooms look nothing like the Expedia pictures. Extremely dated, and not modern at all. AC did not get lower than 80 degrees, no matter what the thermostat said. Room felt like a sauna, could barely sleep. Restaurant was decent, and the location was great, other than that, felt like I was ripped off. Not worth the nearly 1k for a 2 night stay.

Everything was ok, bathroom inside the unit need to be checked out, possible mold inside there . In overall everything was great.

It should every day left a notice in order to have a cleaning room, and the room doesn’t have a balcony and very bad view

The pics your site provided were not true, the amenities were untrue. Very expensive for a below mediocre hotel. I was supposed to have a water view room, nope. The jacuzzi didn't work. The only positives were the restaurants that are not part of Holiday Inn. Worst of all I wanted to stay an extra night and was quoted $460 for a smaller room. I was pissed I payed $800 for what I got. Expedia should be ashamed of promoting this place.

We had a great time!! Room might need a little bit of updating but everything was very clean. Water park it’s right next door. I will come back!!!

The room was clean and beds were comfy. Food was really good! Location to beach wasn’t too bad. Downfall is that the putt-putt wasn’t included and they don’t give you enough waterpark tickets to cover your whole family.

Everything was great! Location, amenities, staff! I go every year! It does need upgrades in a big way! The chair in our room was so icky it actually devalued the room but we moved it out of the way and it was fine. Needed to be thrown away…needs new appliances.

Property is outdated for Holiday Inn standards. Paid a hefty price per night plus a day resort fee (parking). Better off renting a VRBO. Villa unit was dirty and lacking basic utensils. Don’t be deceived by the Splash Harbor waterpark adjoining the property-you will still pay a daily fee to use. Location was good.

Great property, great location, and great food at the restaurant!

That pool/waterslides it shows is NOT included. They don’t have a picture of their pool. No breakfast included. Our room had no WiFi and the bedding was Not clean. For $300 per night, I was pretty disappointed but the area was decent.

The property, the staff the location. It was a very hot day and we got on the elevator with a staff bringing fresh towels and she offered us both a cloth to wipe the sweat. That just says how much they think of the guests Planning our next visit as we speak!
