My room was dirty and there was a dirt sock on the ground at foot of bed. Breakfast was not that good as well. Food was cold.

Excellent and a great value. There were two big screen TV's and a sofa bed in our room. Shopping close by. Pretty quiet for busy area.

The Fairfield in Indio was okay, but not great. The room was clean for the most part, but could've used a "deep" clean. The carpet was alittle tattered. And, the pool, is pretty small.
