Everything I needed was was a step away. I was not charged for parking my car on property. It was also just down the street from the concert we went to see. There was nothing I didn’t like .

Every accessible location. No cooking pots and pans. No plates and utensils. What’s the use of mini kitchen appliances if we can not cook

DO NOT do it!!!! Please!! Save yourself. They are horrible! We booked through Expedia, checked in, walked in the room, the place looks like a prison by the way, soooo bad. There was dirt on the bed. We were like cool let’s go somewhere else. We walked right out and told the front desk we were going to check out and to cancel. They said to cancel through Expedia and that there wouldn’t be a problem at all. I thanked them and walked out. Come 2 days later when I called to let Expedia know, they called the hotel and they denied. I called them myself and they said that there was no “notes” that we had checked out or anything. What?! That’s crazy! I spoke to 3 people, got hung up on by their manager, called back, they told me “oh well, you are SOL, it’s on the contract.” Excuse me? So apparently we pay Expedia, they pay the hotel and when it’s time to refund, the hotel pockets the money, Expedia won’t pay the consumer back because the money is at the hotel and the hotel just hangs up on the consumer right after being absolutely rude to us. Great business model. Also, check out these pictures with dirt and hair on the bed. This is so sad guys. They already got me, do not let them get you too. Stay somewhere else…. ANYWHERE else!

I like that theres a kithen All irons were taken. I couldn't iron my clothes. This really was up setting. I can't believe there not enough irons.

Close to freeway access and quiet surroundings Blinds in room were not really providing much privacy due Opening gaps nsidering parking spaces are close to window and can literally see in from outside. Room smelled weird as well as the sheets and pillows, like they were not washed from last visitors stay.There were strands of hair still sitting inside the shower which was gross and the AC was very loud and obnoxious when it comes on.Thank goodness we were just there for a quick stay for the night. werThe shower had balls of hair still sitting there and couldn't figure out how to open sink stopper until we googled it.

Room was very clean and the staff very cordial and helpful .

I didn’t get breakfast we cooked The person above me was very loud all night dragging furniture couldn’t sleep I wish they had a quite policy after hours

Location is great for me as my work is very close by. The room is perfect size and has just what I need for my extended stay until I find a permanent residence. The staff at the desk has been very kind and professional and helpful while I have been staying here.

The worst place I have ever been too and the staff are the worst . Rude unhelpful . Would never ever go there again
