Woodspring Suites Indio - Coachella Valley

The check in guy was rude and said I could not check in with my passport which matched the reservation. He insisted on a Driver license (I recently married and my license does not match my passport yet) but he took that instead after a long stressing conversation. I check into hotels every week for work and have never had any issues until this. I was not asked to provide a credit card which i expected. ;) dissapointed

Went on a get-a-way, it was very quiet and peaceful especially since it was the 4th of July. Although it has a kitchen to cook, there are no cooking or eating supplies so come with everything except the kitchen sink 😄 Free self-parking. It was worth the price!

The people that stayed was almost homeless and disrespectful. The whole night the chairs and door were making noise. It was very uncomfortable.

Everything was OK, but shower head was malfunctioning

The room was spacious and came with a stove and a full fridge, but no cups or dishes of any kind. I stayed in room 105 and the room directly above us were kinda loud through out the night. I think the beds need to be stationed to the ground a little better.

Couldn’t get keys. Was only allowed to leave the room til 6pm. Couldn’t even go to dinner cause they said they wouldn’t be able to leave the counter to let us in even though we were 25 feet from the lobby

I called the hotel front desk 7 times the morning of checkout but the line kept ringing and nobody picked up. Eventually, I went up to the front desk to try to speak with somebody but there was nobody there I even waited a good 15 minutes and tried calling out for someone but nobody came. When we checked out I went to drop off the key cards and someone came around the corner with their mouth full of food and said "Thank you". I do NOT recommend staying here at all due to the poor customer service, unprofessionalism, and uncleanliness of the rooms. If I could I would rate it 0/10 stars.

Clean and felt safe Attitude from check in not made me feel comfortable

Location The air conditioner was way to loud no sleep no shower curtains

Blankets could’ve been better .. it was old and scratchy. No coffee maker. No coffee pods. No cups only two plastic ones in the bathroom. Only shampoo no conditioner. Tv was t smart

I liked everything about it. Surprising how freaking comfortable it was. Will return when in the desert!!

The wifi and the beds. It does not have a swimming pool.

Great value. Near fast food. Across the street from my bank and a great market. Busy-traffic and pedestrians

They have the things that you need to rest and take a relax time They don't have type C Chargers connections and i have troubles to charge my phone ...

Clean room, helpful cheerful staff, plenty of parking.
