It was very hot in July. No coffee in room or lobby. There is a market near by. I walked there to get coffee and pastries. We had two rooms with two beds in each room. The beds were low for my handicapped son and the mattresses sounded like made of corn husks. (I once stayed in an authentic colonial home.) Everyone slept well and we stayed here on our return. The room was very large, clean, the host was helpful, friendly and very nice.

The beds are not comfortable at all. The great thing is that its in the middle of alot of stores and room offers full kitchen with microwave, stove and refrigerator.

Great location but you have to purchase your own cookware and dishes
-
Amazing location surrounded by a number of different stores such as two grocery stores, department stores, restaurants, gas stations, banks and barbershops. Only downside is if you want to cook in the kitchenette you have to either bring your own cookware and dishes or purchase them from the front desk

CLEAN ROOM, FRIENDLY STAFF, GOOD PRICE.

I walked to the market to find coffee. FYI, there is a coffee shop inside the market and I got coffee for $5. Walking around the store there is a to-go area for food and coffee for $1.99. The freshly baked goods smelled wonderful. I booked the hotel for our return trip.

I know that rooms that start with a 2 are on the second floor. In fact, he was sure to tell us to take the elevator up to the second floor and head down the east hallway when we get there. Yet he still chased me down the first floor hallway to "correct" me. All I was doing was checking how far down the hallway was so I can move my car accordingly to be outside my window. I know that room 104 will sit directly beneath my room (204), so I was simply looking for it. Ugh. I was already in a bad mood from the 10 minute delay at check in. The property itself is decent. It is consistent with the Woodspring suites I stayed at in Avondale AZ. Consistency is good...then you know what to expect. Bed was a bit springy, just like Avondale. Layout of the room was the same. Except at this location, you had to be 1' tall max to reach the toilet paper. We ended up moving the roll to the bathroom counter.

They wouldn’t take extra towels to the room, walking to the room the hallway had a bad smell and on the last morning there I found and had to kill a roach. Never staying here again

Every time we stay here is always the same. Great place to stay. Love the stores around the facility and restaurants near by

Great place
-
We have two rooms for one night everything looks clean. But the bedding smells. Like sweat not clean. And the rooms too
-
Be weary of staying here as there was street meets in the parking lot of the shopping center, trucks and cars doing burnouts in the roads going over curbs reving thier engines, To the point we're I called the police, which did nothing about the situation, the front desk says that it was regular occurrence.
-
I think overall property could have been cleaner.
-
The beds aren’t comfortable and there is no curtains the room was very bright
-
The bed was pretty noisy and could just be better in general. They gave me my WiFi code when checking in and when I tried putting it in, I didn’t have any luck being able to get on the wifi. Noise from around the hotel could also be kind of heard but nothing crazy to me. Overall it wasn’t that bad.

The stay was nice but getting the people at the front desk to answer was bad, the key point to staying at a hotel is for good customer service experience.
