Check in was horrible- the room smelled of mold & there were dead & alive cockroaches all over.

It was clean and had a lot of space It‘s a little outdated, complicated to get there compared to an normal Hotel, the AC is pretty loud but you need it as it‘s hot, you don‘t get the place dark, so when the sun rises the room is bright as if all lamps would be on.

Close to my work area. A lot of parking. Great value for entire apartment. A bit run down, could use a paint and update kitchen and Bathrooms. 2 full baths would be nicer.

The location was a very convenient to Indian Wells Tennis Center and Indio dining. Our unit was clean and quiet. The automated car gates made the entire community feel safe. The check-in instructions were a bit unclear. We were not giving the precise entrance and address to the vacation rental office unit in any of our confirmation emails or texts.

Large apartment. Very clean. Fully equipped kitchen. The pool was not heated despite the staff claiming it would be. That was disappointing

Nothing had been updated in condo Oven didn’t work, and worse mattress ever.

The location was very good It was absalutley filthy and out dated

The house was really great and all the amenities.

Very quiet. It is in a gated area and felt safe. Nice pool and hot tub. Staff were very nice and stayed in touch. Questions were answered promptly. I understand people making sure their cars are protected, several people took 2 parking spaces for 1 vehicle.

In addition, I would like to thank staff members Erika and general manager, Michael for their attentive, kind, and professional service. They have both made us feel welcome each time we come and that makes all the difference when we are choosing a place to stay.

Good value Needed blankets

the unit was nicely cleaned and the beds very comfortable. the staff both on the phone/text and in person were very nice. very nicely laid out. could not get in to the facility, had to rely on people entering to allow me to piggy-bak. the unit was old which is fine but the bathroom floors both needed repair to the tile and the upstairs toilet flusher seems about to break.

It was great for what we needed. No issues.

Very clean ez after hours check in amazing staff Absolutely no problem

Close to everything. Well maintained. Very comfortable. Had everything we needed Pools are too small for the amount of units sharing it. One was closed one night & the other one was having a bday party so it was really crowded. Closing pool at 9pm is inconvenient. not being able to check in till 4pm & having to check out at 10am is very restrictive & a little unfair, especially if you were only staying one night.
