Loved everything about this stay. From the freshly baked cookies from Micheal, to the smooth check out process, this was great. Easy to find and the weather was just perfect. We really enjoyed all the kitchen appliances and patio furniture that was included in our stay. Will definitely stay again with more family.

The space was amazing for my small family. The condo was clean and in a convenient location. We arrived after the office was closed but their communication was fantastic and let me know that I could still get into the property and it was so simple.

Love this place wish we didn't have toilet issues but the host tried his best to fix it the whole apartment kinda had a funky smell but nothing febreez couldn't fix

The carpets had damage and was in need of a good cleaning along with the sofa and chair in the living room area which had visible wear stains on the corners and cushions from dirt. Other than that the unit was clean and well stocked.

Check in was horrible- the room smelled of mold & there were dead & alive cockroaches all over.

I have stayed here numerous times, so I have been familiar with the property. I will say this is the first time I was extremely disappointed. Is it out dated? Yes/no (depends where you end up staying). This has not stopped me from booking through out the years. Does the value out weigh the negatives? Some what. This recent trip was just terrible. The only reason I would come back again is because the staff did try to make it better. I was disappointed to see there was HAIR around the bathroom tub, and dirty. This has never happened before. The hand towels were STAINED which again, never had happened. Ran out of body wash and shampoo, and toilet paper was at a minimum. I wanted to call them to let them know about the shower but after the 8+ hr drive I had to suck it up since the front desk was closed for the night. I thankfully always use water shoes. However, was disappointed even my towels were dirty. Was paranoid the rest of my stay, checking everything over and over. Might stay again, but not sure. I have stayed here numerous times and this is the first time I experienced a dirty room.

Location Beds need to be updated and better mattress

It was clean and had a lot of space It‘s a little outdated, complicated to get there compared to an normal Hotel, the AC is pretty loud but you need it as it‘s hot, you don‘t get the place dark, so when the sun rises the room is bright as if all lamps would be on.
