Everything about this property and staff stop notch!!!! I will definitely be back!!

Is great if its not too crowded. The view is best from the higher floors and you need to request before arriving. Spa is great too .
-
Broken elevator, broken escalator, no hand soap in bathroom, check in took awhile and was denied late checkout. Some disgusting guest also threw up in the jacuzzi so hope they drain it
-
Great view and great pool area.

Everything was nice

We love staying at the Pacific Palms. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are in decent shape for the age and views are remarkable.

Very good location, close to everything, Asian restaurants, Disneyland , etc. it will be good if can provide free water for the customer. Also the bathroom is little bit old and too small, especially the toilet. The others are pretty good. Perfect for golf couple and family with kids . Nice view with the small balcony

The stay was wonderful! The staff was very attentive, and the food at Red - their one site restaurant was delicious!

Clean room, really nice staff. Direct golf course access. Spa package was great also.

Me encantaron las vistas hay muchos lugares donde puedes ir la piscina el spa me encantó todo

Very nice property, however... I asked at check in about late check out, I was told I had to ask later in my stay, so I asked each day, and received the same answer, cut to the chase, they KNEW based on occupancy there would be no late check out. So just tell people, it's not the end of the world, the kabuki theater was nonsense. The broken escalator was more amusing than problematic. Personal grievance aside, the Palms is the best choice within 20 miles.

The property is outdated and rundown. It’s kind of sad. It looks like it was very grand at one point in time. Lots of ceiling leaks (huge one at the restaurant entrance with a hole in the ceiling), ice machine on our floor out of order all 3 days. One escalator inoperable this morning. Was a tub/shower and it took forever to drain. The golf course pathway landscape and buildings were not maintained and golf paths and railings were very rundown. Cans littering the golf landscape along the way. The view from the room was very nice. We stayed Mon/Tu/Wed before the 4th of July weekend so perhaps that was why the place felt deserted.

Check in was fast, guy was friendly, room was clean.

The property itself is beautiful, and we especially enjoyed the views, the pool area, and the peaceful outdoor ambiance. There are plenty of inviting spaces to walk around, sit outside, and take in the scenery. We also had a great time at the bar, which added a fun and relaxing touch to the evening without having to leave the resort. The combination of comfortable accommodations, attractive grounds, useful amenities, and a scenic setting made this feel like a genuine escape while still being convenient and accessible. It was a lovely place for a couple’s getaway, and we left feeling refreshed and very happy with our stay. We would gladly return.

Nothing fancy inside the room and shower is way too dirty , no coffee maker and no shower cap.. very disappointing.

Escalators don’t work majority of the time. There was a party in the elevator lobby during my stay. That’s where they seated the guest. Chairs and tables in the elevator lobby mind you I didn’t want to be apart of it. Hopefully you don’t encounter that it was embarrassing on both ends. Rooms have “new” paint and carpet but still people have already managed to ruin it. Property itself has lost its charm. I’d rather stay at the Hilton by Ontario airport This review is coming from airline flight crew that spends 70% of my time in hotels. Hope this helps.
