No better place to be. I wish I could live there.

The bed was actually pretty comfortable The hotel is tucked away between buildings. The pool and spa were not maintained. Looked as though they had people living in the motel not just staying. Mosquitos were abundant because of the lack of pool cleaning. The bathroom was very small.

Room was very clean. And staff was friendly.

Great rooms, great service, everything works, nice secluded staycationing.

The shower wasn’t working for cold water

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Pool looked like the walls had not been cleaned for a few years and the Jacuzzi looked the same. I wouldn't use either in this condition.

Nice room, good AC, nice pool Jacuzzi was not working properly. First time I had to pay for ice! Glad I had quarters. Another guest told me, not the desk guy.

The pool was closed and the ice machine was broken. There was street construction so it was hard to enter and exit the hotel.

That there wasn't any kind of discount for staying more than 1 night.

No breakfast, don’t care for the animals that are welcome there. But everything else is perfect. Not allowing pets

It rained while I was there and the parking lot drain was a bit clogged and made a pond.... obviously not the hotel's fault but the city's. It was a minor thing. My stay went very well.

I screwed up my reservation through Expedia and was a day earlier than my reservation. The guy at check-in (around 9pm) had no issues with it, and he gave me the rooms anyway. He said we'll figure it out in the morning. You never see that kind of service anymore. The hotel surroundings and parking lot were very neat and clean. Need towel racks and places to hang wet towels. The little shampoo packets aren't good. I didn't need the room cleaned and serviced since I was only staying 2 nights, so I put the do not disturb sign on the door. It was removed and room was serviced.

When I arrived at the hotel at 8:30pm, the pool and hot tub gate was closed and locked. I had the employee open it and of course the hot tub was not heated. “Sorry, it’s not working” was all I got.

Comfortable beds

Website allowed 3 weeks booking but property only allowed 1 week.
