Crestridge Inn

Has decent quality room but nitpicking there were holes in the blanket and the mirror light didn't work. Free wifi was a plus though. But there was questionable bathroom design and layout. More open than anything you'd expect.

It was a good experience.

It was 9am when room service came and knocked on my door. I asked for them to come back in 30 min. She said” okay but can I give you some towels now?” I said sure. She never came back and I had to have the room dirty. They never came back to clean it. She lied.

The deposit is being held waaaay longer than expected. I came on the 5th for a stay and it’s now the 11th my deposit is still pending. And I felt the manager/ owner was rude I had to force her to greet me as a customer during my stay. I will not be returning. And they don’t mop the floors

I was very satisfied with our stay at crestridge Inn. The room was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The best hotel on this side of town and would definitely stay again.

There was no lobby for this "Inn". There was a small inside area where a room guest could check in, but it was locked and we were required to stand outside and talk through a glass wall. Employee at check in was difficult to hear/understand due to the glass wall and would step outside only long enough to swipe the credit card and then return inside locking the door behind him. Not a very welcoming environment when hotel workers make guests feel like potential criminals.

Our stay at the Crestridge was restfull and comfortable. We will stay there again.

Seriously the nicest, cleanest little hotel I’ve stayed at. Rooms are spacious and the beds are super comfy. Definitely recommend. Don’t hear too much plane noise.

The upstairs guest was very noisy with a lot of walk up till after 3am in the morning, and the room had a bit of a stenchy smell

Clean, quiet, and comfy I think the ice machine could have been working, I love to eat ice at night lol

Clean room and ac works great!

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have stayed in. The bed also made sooo much noise.
