Upon check in make sure you have your receipt showing the amount owed for the room because the check in person didn’t know and I had to pull it up to tell her. There is a slight language barrier. The housekeeping staff were very helpful and nice since I had to ask for an iron. The light on my mirror in the bathroom didn’t work so I couldn’t do my make up in there. Sheet and comforter are very thin but you do get a small blanket as well. I mean it was a good room for a few hours sleep after our event but I wouldn’t book here again.

Their customer service is lacking, for example. My husband went down to ask for an another mini bottle of body wash and all the stores were already closed. The lady at the front desk, gave him a hard time, just for a mini bottle of body wash. We forgot ours ma’am and we spend over $200 for 1 night. Plus as soon as we checked out, the front desk lady ran up to look in our room. I’ve never experienced that before. A simple greeting would go a long way. Check in and check out wasn’t friendly at all. I’ll skip this place next time ✌.

The front clerk had an attitude because they told me early check in was $10 and he said early check in was $40 but he will only charge us 20. When i told him i was told $10 he got very defensive and said we were calling him a liar. Plus he has a very heavy accent and it was very difficult to understand him.

It’s clean & a good place to stay if you’re catching a show at the Kia Forum or SoFi. The price is an excellent match for the place.

Run down, price gauging for concert at Sofi, dirty outside, room was clean but oh so a basic. Ice machine broken (from the state of the sign for a long time), no complimentary bottles of water. There was a microwave and fridge. Unsafe neighborhood.

This is more of a motel than a hotel. Everything was clean and tidy. The blankets were super soft. It had a fridge but not a coffee setup. I do bring my own. I booked this place to be closer to SoFi Stadium and I live in Los Angeles. It is in walking distance. I did Uber in and out of the event. This place is a gem, if you need a one to two day stay. The staff/owner was ver professional and friendly.

Paying over $1000 a night, I expected more from this hotel. No bottled water was provided. We only had a small tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner. Please be careful if you use the stairs near the check in area, the top level is not leveled and our suitcase fell down the stairs because of it; very dangerous. Close to SoFi Stadium which was nice after going to a concert.

It was an amazing experience staying in this hotel. Close to Sofi Stadium (my purpose to stay in this area). The hotel was clean, spacious, free parking, safe, close to every where, and the owner was very nice and helpful. If you are a light sleeper, you would find that the hotel is too close to the airport (you could hear the planes come and go). No problem for me. I will stay again in this hotel in the future.

Very nice for the area would go back

It was my first time staying here. The location is great, near the venues that we were attending. The place around looked very clean. The room was very clean. Probably the only thing could be parking, at night it was full, but the lady at the office was really nice that she told me to park my car in front of her office. Check in and out was pretty easy. For the price and the location its pretty great. Would definitely stay here again.
