Room and hotel were super clean. Great room/bath. My only complaint was check in. Got to the hotel at five o’clock on Friday night and there was no one at the desk. That seemed odd. There was the typical “stepped away “ sign on the counter and a number to call. I called and it rang about 15 times, stopped ringing, then went through the call options and started to ring again. On about the 5th ring the desk clerk finally arrived. The clerk said she was busy and asked for my room number. I told her that if I knew my room number I wouldn’t be there because if I had a room I would have a key. I know people get busy but we’ve all been busy at many times in your life but don’t use it as an excuse. You don’t get a second chance to make a first impression.

The Room was very clean and very homey. Staff was wonderful and very helpful and very very friendly. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Had a great time in Iron Mountain. Everyone is so friendly. A bit pricey for the dog but I was able to leave the dog unattended which is a plus.

Love this hotel! Super clean and lots of good options in snack shop. The only this thats lacking is breakfast options. I like that they give a ton of topping but there was only oatmeal and fake flavored yogurt to put it in. Would love some vanilla yogurt at least! Staffbwas friendly and i like the kitchenetts in the rooms

Hotel is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast options are plentiful, delicious, fresh, and hot. The facility is located within walking distance to many restaurants for lunch and dinner. Great place to stay when you are visiting Iron Mountain!

Everytime we come to Iron Mountain we stay here. We absolutely love this hotel! The staff makes you feel like family! The breakfast is absolutely delicious and they have such a great variety! The room are massive and very clean! Highly recommend!
