location outside of heavy traffic and pedestrian s price. the whole town is double what it's worth. I can experience touristy mayhem for much less elsewhere You charge enough to fix the soda machine and have someone on site for checkin

Very accommodating staff. Rooms are dated but everything was very comfortable and it suited our needs.

Very clean, spacious & updated decor. Full kitchen with all the accommodations. Bed comfortable.

We loved the cleanliness of this hotel but also the location is great! It's 4 blocks off of the main Jackson square, so you can walk there easily BUT you are a bit off the beaten path, which we loved. We were traveling with family and had two rooms. Everyone agreed that it was lovely and so comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

An older building that the rooms need some updates

Only downside is that the staff is 3 blocks away at the Antler motel and there are no amenities onsite (the only coke machine was down).

Very clean, had a refrigerator and a kitchen that I didn’t use, well, I did use the refrigerator. Lots of hot water for my shower after backpacking for five days. Priced more affordably than mountain, modern hotel, and Gaby and Janelle were very friendly, professional, and helpful. Enjoyed having the continental breakfast and all the selections available and all the snacks in general. The young lady who was tending the coffee, continental breakfast area could be a little cheerier. She seemed a little bit down and out. I’d recommend Antler over Alpine for aesthetic reasons and there’s no front desk at Alpine, but after sleeping in a tent for 4 nights everything is wonderful :-) I didn’t really mind walking my suitcase from Antler to Alpine, but I’m sure some people might not like that who don’t have a car.

They charge a $40 "resort fee". No Spa. no pool. no tennis, no dining, no reception, nothing. It's a motel. When I questioned them they basically said "go complain to booking.com". Yeah, right. London priced motel room at $340, telling me that was a "good deal"

Great location and clean room. Office location away from the property. Need to pick up keys from the office.

Convenient to everything in Jackson.

I stayd here one night but will definitely stay here in the future. It islocated near the downtown area and can walk to everything. Room had kitchen if needed and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very welcoming. I will definitely stay here again.

Loved being right in Jackson and close to Grand Tetons! Spacious room with breakfast on the go available was a plus as well!

Our room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The are is in a great location. Walking distance into local shops. Definitely will be visiting the location again.
