The people who work at The Cloudveil have the best customer service of any hotel I have ever stayed at. Gabe, Rachel, and Chetney from the concierge and Westin and Jose from the front desk as well as some of the others all go above and beyond for the guests. It was unlike anything I have ever seen in hospitality, and my partner and I are both well traveled both internationally and within the US. They surprised us with hand written notes in our room with wax seals, and with local treats. They made excellent recommendations for activities in the area such as the wildlife museum, a wildlife tour, and trails to visit. Also great restaurant recommendations. The hotel itself is in a prime location. They also surprised my partner with a birthday cake without me even having to request it. They anticipate the needs of their guests in such a meaningful way. I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to anyone I know visiting Jackson Hole. The team at The Cloudveil exhibit great care for their guests.

Wonderful stay! The hotel offers great amenities and a central location close to everything. The staff was excellent, and the food at the Bistro was fantastic. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel. An added bonus is the complimentary car service within a 2-mile range.

I loved everything about the Cloudveil. The lobby was perfect for lounging and drinks were delicious. I will definitely be coming back.

Good location, rooms were very good, good space. Were charged to my credicard account $ 1,266.21 however the charges showing in the receipt provide by them for the 2 rooms were: $228.75 and $354.10.

Our stay here was exceptional. The hotel was beautifully decorated with thoughtful details throughout, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and attentive, making sure every part of our stay was comfortable and seamless. We truly enjoyed our experience and highly recommend this hotel.

Check in and the hotel itself were very nice. I would suggest the Bistro needs some "warming up." The few times we were in there, not very friendly or welcoming.

Room prices we knew were high but our room was very small for the price paid. There was no laundry service over the weekend. We had been traveling and expected this. In our opinion not worth £1400 a night…Four Seasons cheaper and better.
