Great place to stay especially in Jackson hole. So central and good for budget friendly option.

Amazing location, clean and very quiet considering people were either there to hike early in the morning or go out late at night. Would definitely recommend staying here, it feels very private and comfortable!

Bad

Location was excellent - right on the edge of the historic downtown town. For a hostel, the bunks and facilities were very comfortable and clean with nice decorating. The bunks were private with a curtain and had a light and a plug in fan. There were plenty of individual private shower and toilet stalls. There were also a few bikes available to borrow for the day and we enjoyed riding those on the bike paths to see the elk reserve! The staff were also excellent throughout our stay and were very responsive and friendly to any questions. It wasn’t clear from the website how the hostel was accessed or the general layout so I’m including the information incase it’s helpful. The whole hostel space is below street level (no windows) underneath the Anvil hotel where they share a reception desk. The main entrance access is a staircase down from the street. Cache house could definitely benefit from some more fresh air circulation and a white noise machine. you’re definitely ready for some fresh air in the morning. The lounge and bunk areas are separated by a wall of lockers but without white noise (the individual little plug in fans in each bunk space helped) the sounds of anyone taking a suitcase in/out of a locker or packing really echoes from all the hard surfaces and polished concrete floors especially if your bunk is right at the entrance facing the lounge like ours was. Bring ear plugs! Also, having bikes to borrow was really cool but I don’t think any of the 4 bikes available had fully functional breaks.

The bunk cubicles where really comfortable and more private than I expected. The private toilet and shower was great. Honestly, wouldn't change a thing.

Great location in Jackson. Nice facilities for a hostel. Good value for the money. Bathrooms are very clean (bed space a bit less unfortunately). Cosy common space. No private parking (however, there is free street parking overnight if you are lucky) It is located in the basement, so no daylight unfortunately.

Location Too hot, too bright. The amount they charge they need to provide black out blinds, more air conditioning, more cleaning of bathrooms, better towels. I’ve stayed in hostels in Europe that charge €20 a night that are far better - this has to be the biggest scam going. And before any comments about Jackson being expensive… with over 40 bunks going for approximately $200 a night that’s 8000 a night with weekly revenue of 56k. It’s extortion.

Unique concept - a trendy bunkhouse right in the heart of

A fan in the sleeping area, and private changing bathroom areas, and lockers.

Excellent accommodation, sleeping in this pod was comfortable, and didn’t even hear the others in the room around; the facilities were very well maintained, fresh towels available daily, a lovely morning coffee at reception; I stayed for 10 nights as a return guest, highly recommend!

Exceptional

I liked the location No parking and the lights in the hallways are very bright at night. Wish there was a door or dim lights.

The place was clean and people were helpful

We had a nice 2-day stay, it’s like a hostel everyone shares the common places. They don’t have free parking for the hostel guests but you can park at the public parking right across. It would be convenient though to have microwave in the common area, Im not sure why there isn’t. Like it would be easy to heat meals or make your noodle soup while just inside the hostel. But it’s an awesome place.

We did encounter a minor issue on our first day, but Natasha went above and beyond to resolve it quickly and ensure we were taken care of. Her outstanding customer service made a great impression. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit.
