My husband and I stayed for one night and it was great. We’ve never stayed at a hostel before but the bathrooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the other guests were considerate. The staff was also helpful. Parking for us was easy as we found a spot along the main road and it’s centrally located, so we could easily walk into the downtown area. We would definitely stay again in the future!

I am a solo traveler and this is my first time staying in a hostel. It was so beautiful and comfortable and I felt very safe. The staff was incredibly helpful. And the location was fabulous as it’s in the middle of downtown so I could walk everywhere. Will definitely stay there again when I go back to Jackson!!

Great location in town. Everybody was friendly, and I had no issues. By and large everybody respected the quiet times for the bunks which made the experience very pleasant.

Free morning coffee was an added perk and greatly appreciated!

I thought it was clean and safe.

Clean room and helpful staff

Great, quiet and clean environment. Only complaint was the locker we were given was broken, told the maintenance about it but nothing was done to accommodate or fix the issue.

Great place

The shared bathrooms were super clean and many availible-not waiting. There is no public kitchen but they offer free coffee at the reception and there are plenty of restaurants around. The "livingroom area" has plenty of seating options. No TV and No music but I think that was good for those sleeping. Quiet and respectful guests! No issues at all and the best affordable place to stay in Jackson!! yes I recommend!

Not for everyone but perfect for a night to sleep after a day of adventures. No TV in room. Private bathrooms are down the hall You get a locker and drawer that lock. Other guests were nice and accommodating. No problems with anyone bothering others. Definitely different than a typical hotel but an interesting experience and I met people from all over. Walking distance to Town Square, shops, restaurants, church. Cowboy Coffee is like 2 blocks away and so worth getting there when they open at 6am. No access to fridge or microwave but staff will store food for you at front desk. Locked door to building and shared common area. I would stay here again!

Cache House was our first experience with being in a room full of people with beds and curtains dividing them. People were quiet and we slept well. The staff was helpful with the locker where we put our luggage as we had a difficult time with the lock at first. There are private doors, some with toliets and others for toliets & showers. They were clean and I never had to wait. My husband and I enjoyed playing SkipBo in the community room and people were quiet and respectful. This was the place was in our price range and so close to walk around the square. We were only there one night then off to the airport. If you drive be aware that you probably will need to park in a free parking lot near by then move your car to the street for over night parking. There is no parking lot for Cache House. Also we were first confused as we did not see a Cache House sign for check in. You check in at the same place for Anival Hotel.

Great locations. Friendly staff. People had complained about it being too hot, but the three days we spent their, it was not an issue and the day time temps exceeded 80

Great location in town. Bed was very comfortable. Showers were great and the lockers were handy so you didn't have to drag all your belongings around with you. Other people staying were respectful of noises and such in the sleeping area. The first night we stayed there was some sort of poetry or artist get together going on when we returned from being in the park all day. It was a little awkward walking in and it was very loud. We weren't informed by the staff when checking in of an event being held so we were a little caught off guard. That lasted until a little after 9 pm I believe it was. Glad it didn't last any longer than that because we were tired and wanted to just shower and sleep. Towels weren't available for showers so we were given hand towels and wash cloths. We made it work. Towels were brought for the next night though. We knew going in that there was no on site parking, but the street parking fills up quick so the first night we had to park in the garage about 4 blocks away. The second night we lucked out & got a street parking spot not too far from the Cache House.
