Wonderful staff very helpful, made sure we had plenty of bottled water when they were going through a situation with the water district. Issued a water it smells really good quality. Carpets in the hallway need to be replaced, looking very shabby. But other than that, we had a great trip and appreciated all the help we got.

Very friendly staff. Excellent service. The area had a boil water event and handled it with grace Wonderful location to see the area.

Location Back building where we stayed had hallway carpet that was old End tables in bedrooms were scuffed and old Lighting in kitchen was dim

Exceptional

Everything about our stay was incredible! The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown Jackson Hole. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in town. The room was absolutely beautiful and quite large. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help us. Could not recommend enough! Although it’s difficult to name anything that could use improvement, I would say that the breakfast (which was admittedly complementary) could have been elevated slightly. We went down for breakfast at 7:30 on our first morning and most of the food was already gone. What was there was excellent.

The staff was very helpful and great. Room was a totally different story. Carpet was very soiled and stained along with a 3 foot tear and fraying. Also the hotel is based next to a 4 way stop on a truck route. Very disappointing due to loud truck noise and traffic already by 5:00 in the morning. Staff was great, room quality and traffic noise was terrible.

Convenient location to the downtown square.

Convenient location in the heart of Jackson Hole just a couple blocks from the town square. Tour operators will pick you up at the hotel. The lite breakfast options worked well for us.

The front desk! Extremely helpful. I couldn’t get a Uber/Lyft Labor Day morning to the airport and they got me a shuttle asap and were very very helpful!
