Great stay

For the price, you paying for location not a nice hotel stay. There are things out of the hotels control so I won’t nag on that. But here are some things in their control… The bed was terrible, so worn down, no cushion just but craters. For a “nice” hotel I expect nice sheets, these were so rough! The pillows were tiny, like decorative size. The plumbing was all out of wack. Backwards controls. No warning about construction so no sleeping in or afternoon naps! The fan was broken! I’d rather be out of town with a nice comfortable place to rest my head at night!

Location was great, room had all the services we needed but was outdated. They had a young lady at reception that clearly didn’t want to be there, not a great face for the business and the room was very outdated with furniture falling apart

Fantastic Location. Building is a bit tired and old. we could hear the floor above us walking around and it even woke us up. staff was about as bad as it gets. no service sense. made you feel bothersome. place has potential but we wouldn't stay again

The location is the only thing we liked. The White Buffalo club is split between hotel rooms and units owned by different people sort of like a bed and breakfast but without the breakfast. The room we got was very overpriced had very few amenities, was not clean and had a musty odor. They provided a couple of towels and two rolls of toilet paper. Not even a single bottle of water for over $800 a night! The room was badly in need of refurbishment and showed its age. The front desk is only open between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. we arrived as I had told them at about 10:15 and there was no one there! We had to call a number to get into our room. Very poor customer service. Below is a picture of their sad little breakfast bar that everyone is raving about in other reviews. You judge for yourself.

Visiting the National Parks, cute fun city with lots to do !!! Hotel was very nice , we had the hospitality suite. Packed lunches for our long hikes!! And could do our laundry.

Bed and bathroom were good. Location is fantastic. Staff is underwhelming. Housekeeping was skipped despite two reminders. Carpet old and stained. Overall, good if you want a slightly cheaper option with good location.

Amenities Could not get in the restaurant to eat supper and had to leave the premises and eat elsewhere.

The Atmosphere

Property is in a great location and it was very comfortable and clean

Beautiful studio. Separate living room. Full kitchen. Washer and dryer. After 10 days on the road it sure was needed. Room was warm. Don't think AC was working.

Great location

Location, just a couple of blocks from main downtown action. Great parking onsite. Great shower with great water pressure. Most uncomfortable bed ever. No dressers or closets, no where to sit. And the biggest yet weirdest well appointed kitchen I've ever seen. It took up so much space and wasn't functional at all. So we had packing cubes lined up on the kitchen counters since there were no dressers. Our jackets thrown over bar stools bc there was not a closet. Yet, there was a washer and dryer. Very strange and awkward. Anyway, the convenience of not having to drive or move the car was nice.

I love the location and the free parking and how quiet the room is. The restaurant was closed during our stay but we understand it was still the off season’

Location, free parking, breakfast, kitchen, space in rooms. Nothing

The accommodation is lovely, the staff are so nice and helpful, and you can borrow bear spray and binoculars for free for your stay! Highly recommend, would return for sure.

A lovely place to stay
-
A light complimentary breakfast was available. Parking was free with some in a garage and some outside. Did not try the restaurant since had had enough steak for the week.

Very nice and quiet hotel..would definitely stay here again

We liked the gym, fresh blueberries for breakfast, white bathrobes in the room, the black out shades were effective, the kitchen was adequately furnished, the location was good. We asked to have our room cleaned at a certain time. It never was. There is a mechanical noise that comes on and off all night long that interrupted our sleep. The door sounded like it was opening everytime someone accessed the access or any other door to the hallway. The furniture on the patio sucks.
