The Rusty Parrot Lodge and Spa

Everything was great. A little disappointed no indoor fitness facility, but the Parks&Rec they offered in lieu of was very nice. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were very comfortable and cozy. Great location downtown. Loved our stay!

This place was exceptional! Beautiful hotel and the service was 6 stars! I’ve been to a lot of nice hotels and this one is now on the list. Loved the food loved the staff it was a really memorable experience.

When you talk about service over the top this is it. Amazing property! Will stay again

Perfect location and easy to park. Room was wonderfully comfortable. Staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfy and had everything we needed. Great coffee and broad tea selection. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Beautiful furnishings. Relaxed spirit. Multiple areas for relaxation. Not too many rooms so the hotel was never crowded feel.

The rooms were lovely.

We loved every single thing here: staff, accommodations, setting, convenience to restaurants and shops, the hot tub, the complimentary coffee bar, the complimentary water, the robes, the slippers, the bed and bedding… everything. Nothing

Jennifer and staff were amazing.

Muy limpio y agradable el hotel. Las camas muy cómodas y suaves.

Staff exceptional, luxury and location and all the extra facilities Nothing

Absolutely phenomenal experience! Property was immaculate and staff was exceptional. 10/10!

Beautiful hotel, extremely helpful and friendly staff, excellent restaurant. Highly recommend.

The hotel is very nice. Clean, attractive and attentive staff. Enjoyed how quiet the rooms are and the fireplace is very pretty. Good location. The restaurant is okay. Not the best food in town and very expensive.

Great place

Great hotel with friendly and professional staff. The hotel has a restaurant, spa, hot tub, fire pit, bicycles, and two decks. The room was spacious and very clean, with fresh and cozy linens. We especially enjoyed having access to tea and coffee in the lounge area. I stayed with my 10-year-old daughter, and we felt safe and well cared for. We were a short walk away from the town square. We even walked to Snow King Mountain from the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at The Rusty Parrot Lodge and Spa. Highly recommend. Nothing. No complaints.

Awesome hotel.

The entire place exceeded my expectation! Everything, and I do mean everything, was excellent. The service was unbelievable. It's a perfect blend of tech and old west....open a closet door and the light automatically comes on, there are lights that can be set to come on underneath the tv console so you can see during the night. It's just amazing. The rooms are spotless. Coffee stations on every floor and are refilled right away or they will get it for you if something is out. Fresh cookies every afternoon The front desk staff all greet you by name when they see you or you call in after you are there. Everything is so well thought out. The wildlife viewing deck on the top has a telescope and they will loan you binoculars if you'd like. They just go above and beyond.

Fantastic experience, the staff is best in class and the location is perfect to walk and explore Jackson.

Amazing resort! Great views!

Tasty and nice variety location pretty with snow coming down on patio and hot tub Would have liked access to a microwave
