Miller Park Lodge

Have really enjoyed my stay here both times. The staff have been so easy about early check in and the location is perfect for downtown exploring.

Nice property and great amenities no complaints, check in was easy nothing really needed to do but go to the room. Didn’t need to interact with any staff all I saw was the few cleaning ladies. Just stayed overnight and definitely worth it. Super close to downtown, was a nice walk.

The room appeared to be newly renovated, which was nice. However, it did have maybe like a paint smell or some type of chemical smell to it… Also the bottom of the shower was not cleaned, as there were dirt from maybe shoes and also some hair strands, so I knew it hadn’t be cleaned. The staff did come our 2nd day there, made the bed, replenished towels, and the sample size soap/shampoo/conditioner. The outdoor property grounds were appealing and well maintained.

The room was nice, big and had a fireplace (which we could not figure out how to switch on :) The check in was independent. I would have liked to see a face of the person representing the lodge. Now this lodge is without a face, and I remember everyone else that checked me in in other places on this trip.

The AC didn’t work in the room even though it was blowing air. It was so hot! You are only paying for location at this hotel.

Location Price

The room we were assigned was very poorly maintained. There was mildew and mold in the shower, the wall and chair was completely damaged and in deteriorated condition. Our room was on the first floor and you can hear every step the upstair rooms takes.

The property had a great location walking distance to the town square and it was very clean which we appreciated. However, the pictures made the room look much bigger and better than it was. The bed is very low and no real seating area. It just depends on your priorities and what you desire in a room. I thought the price is a little high for what you get.

Updated interior laminate flooring, comfy bed, no room keg a key code instead. Washer and dryer in the studio unit and a full kitchen. Maybe more parking.

The room was cleaned as well as could be expected for surfaces so old . Property needs major renovations, no ice machine, tv had constant buffering. The worst thing is the walls are paper thin, tons of noise from the back and the upstairs guests walking around all night kept us awake.

Easy self check-in. The room was spacious and comfortable with a gas fireplace. The bathroom floor/baseboards needed repair but overall well kept. It’s an older building that’s been updated so you could hear through ceiling and walls. Nothing ear plugs couldn’t solve. Great location; across from a park and a block from downtown.

A nice little park is across the street. Old musty smell is the first thing that hits you when you open the door. Room does not feel welcoming It needs painting, freshening up, more than one towel rack in the bathroom. The beds and towels are clean. You can hear people walking above you and on each side This hotel has seen it’s better days.

Great hotel with easy acces to YSNP. Half price as compared to inside the park with good wifi. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Hopefully we will be back.

Felt like I was staying at a Knights Inn. Crappy ac that ran all night and got my butt chewed out by putting 4 scoops of ice in my cooler when ice machine was full. Bathroom needed a total remodel. Bathroom was 50 years old. Don’t go

Nothing Very small room. A/c didn’t work. The office was closed the whole time we were there.

Nothing. It was one of the worst places we’ve ever stayed, and absolutely unacceptable, especially for the price we paid. No breakfast provided. Room was tiny, no closet, just a shelf, tiny refrigerator, bed, small rack with a few hangers, small table with a desk chair. No ceiling light, a lamp on each side of the bed, one of which did not work. I went to the office about it as soon as we arrived and was told by the man who checked us in that he would fix it. He didn’t.
