Air conditioning unit was difficult to read the buttons, the same with the door entry key pad

The bathroom had some disgusting features, including the plunger having "waste" on it. The cabinets were damaged; the only window that appeared to be operable was broken. I could not get fresh air. The AC was very loud, so it was hard to sleep. The ceilings must be very thin because whoever was above me was making noise, contributing to my difficulty sleeping. I will say that the room was spacious, and I appreciated the mini refrigerator. I suppose Jackson Hole is just a very expensive place to visit. It seems like one has to pay over $500/night for a quality hotel room.

It’s very hard to get help from staff

The room was spacious and walking distance to downtown Jackson, WY. Great parking considering how busy Jackson can get during the summer. Was a little run down, particularly the bathroom cabinents and decorative molding around the shower. Overall, was clean upon arrival.

Place is a dump nestled between two other normally nice properties. You will wish this wasn’t the parking lot you were turning into.

The air conditioning was definitely needed, but it rattled like an old car and made it difficult to sleep. At this price point, you expect a basic level of comfort and quality. This felt like a one-star motel charging mid-luxury-hotel rates. Welcome to Jackson Hole!

The room was clean, king bed was comfortable and they accommodated our request for extra pillows and towels. Overall I recommend Miller Lodge and would most likely stay here again if in Jackson.

Everything ok

$400 for what is one step above a hostel. Furniture is cheap, chipped, bubbling surfaces.only one night stand. TV didn’t work. Window a/c is massively loud and disruptive. Bathroom didn’t have a shower/tub condo rather a shower tray with a too short curtain. Room was so small my car was literally parked 6’ from my head. Blinds are cheap. No lobby. No amenities. Cancels 3 of our 4 reserved nights.

Great location to all shopping and restaurants - 5 minutes from Antler Park. Room was spacious and bed was super comfy - king size. Staff was right there as we checked in a flubbed up the keyless entry - got us right in the room and no issues after that. Loved our stay here and will stay again. One item of potential improvement - night light or another switch to control one of the lights in the vanity area. Super bright as it is a studio style room with no door. Really great place!!!

Dated and not fancy but clean comfortable affordable room . Convenient location downtown, within walking distance of restaurants, bars and shops

This is a barebones motel basically absolutely not worth the price. The tv didn’t work and I had to change rooms because the a/c broke.

So we went to the front desk to notify them. When we did this, the man at the front desk told us that the air condition was broken and offered us a full refund. Before this, we did not know. However, everything in Jackson and in Jackson hole was sold out or $1000 or more a night. So this was not an option. We asked for a discount and he said no. He said he would try to get us a fan. He told me that he had called me, which he did not because I received no email, no voicemail, or text message. Even without reception in the mountains and email would've went through. I did receive though the check-in email earlier in the day which did not say any of this. While we could have opened the windows, the back two had NO screens which is dangerous with so much wildlife in the area and intruders. For the price, this property was not worth it. Management was unhelpful and put us in danger. Additionally, bathroom was busted up upon arrival. Do not recommend.

It’s all relative. This is among the least expensive hotels in Jackson so expectations should be aligned for that. It’s a tired old building but the room was clean, sheets and pillows seem new, and the door locks. Staff was nice. Great location near the center of town.

Molds and smelly bathroom , noice from upstairs cannot sleep , terrible choice
-
Very clean, as described. Room was perfect for what we needed in Jackson. Would definitely go back!
-
it’s fine but there are other places to stay in the area which are nicer and provide the same benefit— like location. it was the last thing open for us so we took it, but find something else in town and you’ll be good. its expensive too. :( it’s just sufficient like it meets the minimim. within walking distance to everything.

For the price we paid it was definitely not worth it. The room was not as advertised- very small, dirty, old outdated furniture falling apart, bathroom so small you could hardly fit. Air conditioning not working and it was very hot and uncomfortable. No staff on site but they were responsive when I called. Offered a partial refund but I have yet to see it. Only plus side is they are close to town otherwise I would say for the price you are better off finding somewhere else in the area.

Great location. Our room was very small and in need of updating.

My feet were black because the floors weren't cleaned in the room. The whole hotel is mostly automated and hasn't been updated in a while. They clearly don't clean the floors. Decent room and location but dated.
