Great location.

Clean friendly and accommodating. Was able to get in early on a shorter notice! Will come back!

Rooms were nice and clean. Booked 2 rooms with friends. We were put in 2 separate buildings. Other than that it was nice.

Terrible design. You could literally hear people stepping up above or next door. Poor soundproofing design. Staff who helped clean the room just threw our clothes from the bed to underneath the table. Overpriced, expensive! Quite disappointed. Doesnt worth this price.

I loved being in town Jackson and having the option to not travel for meals as traveling most of the day to go in and out of the parks. Staff very friendly and helpful. Everything else was great. Luckily the water contamination issue in Jackson that happened during our stay was brief and did not affect us too much. My husband likes to unpack his suitcase and put his clothes in a dresser but there were no dressers on the room.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect and the staff were helpful. Our room was cleaned and restocked daily. Would stay here again!

Great place to stay, close to town and a fun property. Our room did smell like mildew from the shower, but all looked clean.

sheets were clean and of decent quality. there were enough towels, and there was water provided when the town had a water boil advisory. the room was a good temperature during the cold nights without having to adjust. the shower was cold one morning. the entire bathroom shook and vibrated all day and night from being next to a staff laundry room. the walls are thin can hear neighbors using bathroom/shower. the service staff room next door would bang open at 7am every morning and multiple staff members would load in and out constantly, talking and shaking the floor as they walked by. the floors creek like an old treehouse. the sink was all chipped and worn. the fridge had a very loud hum. most absurd $700 a night room i've stayed in the world, feels more like a $120 motel room - not 100% the hotel's fault necessarily, but it is criminal - the market is wildly overpriced in jackson, probably the worst anywhere in the world. a $700 room in downtown Manhattan/LA/Paris/London is pure luxury.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. Looked like remodeled not long ago. Room was serviced everyday with clean fluffy towels. This hotel does not have elevators so make sure you request a 1st floor if you don't want to drag bags and climb stairs. Location is great as you can walk to.main area of town but located on a busy street.

Room was clean and the staff were extremely helpful! We didn’t use the amenities.

We had a suite with a kitchen, living room area, bedroom and two bathrooms. The hotel is located close to Snow King ski area in Jackson. If one were there skiing for a few days, it would be a great spot for a family. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as a small coffee shop and gaming area at the hotel. Location is not far from Jackson Town Square. The one thing I would like to see is a safe in our room, there’s a safe at the front desk but more convenient in the room itself. I’d definitely return next time I’m in Jackson.

Our room at Mountain Modern was gigantic - we were stunned by its size and amenities. It was like a one-bedroom apartment, with a well-appointed kitchen, so much space and TWO bathrooms. The staff was super friendly and the facility has great amenities - pools, jacuzzis, the Triple M restaurant right on property. It's a fabulous place - we very much enjoyed our stay. We also appreciated how close it was to the town - we rarely needed our car (only using it for drives to/from the airport, national park or Teton Village.) The only drawback of this lodging is the cost - but we learned that's basically the cost of visiting this beautiful haven nestled near a magnificent national park. My Mama always taught me, "you get what you pay for" - and that was definitely true for our stay at Mountain Modern. One second minor challenge was the parking. We came back a little later one night (around 9 PM) and because there was no vacancy, we really had to hunt around for a spot.
