49'er Inn & Suites

The only thing that we did not like was the fact that you had to walk outside to get to the room. Room was very clean, breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very polite and extremely helpful. Location was fantastic, almost all places were a short walk. Highly recommend this place.

Good breakfast, nice pool and hot tub.

We really felt comfortable. Our junior suite w/2 queen beds was large with kitchen sink, microwave, refrig and counter area, couch and small breakfast table and 2 chairs. The bathroom unfortunately is small and the room door opens up to the bathroom sink. Be careful standing at the sink and someone barrels in. But there is a nice overhead heater in the toilet/shower area, if needed. We were in the 2nd building w/no elevator but 1st bldg did have elevator. Parking is tight but available. The staff are hard workers! I’m glad to see they work rooms in teams when possible. I saw them wiping/polishing the hand rails. The rooms are clean. The heat/ac works very well. The hot water in the shower can be a bit tricky. Sometimes it felt only lukewarm but then hot would kick in. They have a substantial pay guest laundry area. I washed and dried 3 loads. Special mention to Devon and MS at the front desk. I needed to check in a day earlier and check out a day later because of a medical issue and they took care of processing the changes giving me ease of mind during a stressful time. The breakfast is plentiful and good, potatoes, biscuits, breakfast meat, waffles, breads, etc. the kitchen workers are on top of it all, cleaning tables, replenishing items, cleaning counters. It’s busy but flows nicely. We didn’t have time to use pool and hot tub area but it was inviting. If we are able to come back to Jackson Hole we would definitely use The 49er Inn again.

We couldn’t get rodeo tickets in Jackson so we wanted to cancel our second day at 49er so we could go to Cody because we could get tickets for the rodeo there. Michael at the front desk did an amazing job working with us and Expedia to make this happen, with excellent communication of updates and persistence on our behalf. We appreciate his service even though it meant losing one day of revenue (although I’m guessing they may have received a reservation that made them at least whole). The hotel itself is well located, the room was comfortable, and it was very clean and quiet.

Parking was a challenge but doable. Everything else was great!

Breakfast could have more variety especially the hot savory breakfast items . One of the Pancake machine was not working . Otherwise everything else was great

Room was excellent and clean. Parking was easily accessible. Staff was attentive and helpful. Breakfast was great with options for everyone. We would highly recommend and stay there again.

It was okay for a single night stay

Clean, comfy room. Was quiet for us. No elevators, so if you can't haul your stuff up stairs, make sure you request a 1st floor room. The gentleman who checked me in was super nice & helpful regarding this!

Great place, great staff and excellent location. Can’t wait to go back and I will absolutely stay at this property again.

Nothing overly special. Just needed a place for 1 night.

Older building but comparative to other properties in same price range. The highlight was the free breakfast was very good and well stocked. Room and beds were comfortable and great location.

Nice location. Nice indoor pool and spa. Close to attractions. Nice breakfast. Easy check in and check out.
