Beautiful property we had a great stay

Great location in walking distance to Jackson town square, large comfortable bed, friendly staff, nice decor. We had one of the only bedrooms inside the main building which was very handy. Briefly used the onsite pool which was a nice bonus. Would stay again if in Jackson. As with all decent accommodations in Jackson, the price to stay is high and put into context with staying in other places isn’t really value for money… we were also unable to get the included breakfast the next morning because the breakfast room was full (a very small room for the size of hotel). However, in terms of comparisons to other properties in the town, we were happy with our choice as the price was at the lower end of what was available and the property itself & our bedroom were nice.

Breakfast was terrible. There was not enough seating, the eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. were not made fresh but microwaved. Even though we were there when breakfast started at 6:30 everything was cold. Considering our room was a few hundred dollars a night the breakfast was a total disappointment. For that reason alone I would not recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a cabin. It was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Had a small kitchenette which included a dishwasher. Perfect accommodation if staying a few days. We only had coffee in the morning from the lobby because we had to leave early, which was delicious.

The hotel has a great location and a wonderful pool. The rooms need a little refresher but still comfortable and nice. The bathroom are was a little small.

I liked the cabin. It was very cozy and nice, The breakfast was okay. I wish I didn’t have to heat my waffles and French toast.

The location was good after a day in Grand Tetons NP. The “Settler Building” feels like a neighboring property was acquired and rebranded, but didn’t fit the vibe of the rest of the property, particularly the reception area. For the price, the room felt very basic: the sheets were 100% synthetic fiber and the tv didn’t work. It would have been a decent deal at 1/3 of what we paid.
