Hotel Jackson

Wonderful stay, we would come back in a heartbeat!

This property has a lot of potential but came up short on several levels. The biggest of which was that our Bryte bed was broken and the staff was unable to fix it…so we had three of the worst nights of sleep I can remember ever having in a hotel. Food service seemed a little rough too - we had a lunch order that was incorrect and a breakfast room service order that was 30 minutes late. The positives - staff was friendly, the room was clean and had a number of extras, and the hotel is located in a great area. Despite all of that, we’ll be going elsewhere next time we’re in Jackson

Very helpful staff and a beautiful property!

Amazing property and we reserved the rooftop spa for a nice evening soak. The rooftop bar is also amazing and I would recommend reservations there as it was popular and so we were only able to get a seat at the bar rather than outdoor patio. The barstaff were fantastic!

The rooms were nice, but there were no good views from any of the rooms. The hotel was conveniently located near shopping and all the major restaurants. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that the rooms weren’t cleaned promptly, we had to remind them to clean our room a few times. We also found the bar to be overpriced.

A beautiful property staffed with universally outstanding and helpful people. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Valet parking was great. We pretty much loved everything.

They told us about the roof top bar but every time we tried to go we couldn’t get in and they didn’t prioritize the hotel guests.

I liked everything except I was not really impressed with the breakfast. The first day I ate the breakfast was not cooked properly. The English muffin was not toasted. The eggs were not free range. They were not flavorful and not very hot, the bacon was not warm. and then I had yogurt another day and it was that really sweet yogurt. The fruit was good, but the food was the only downside of my estimation. I did really appreciate the little snacks you had so I could go get a few little bites in between meals, that was a great little bonus. I wish I’d known about it. I just found it by accident. See above. Overall, though your location is fantastic your staff was very nice and friendly, and the room was exceptionally clean and very well appointed. I also appreciate it that when I booked, the person I spoke to didn’t overestimate any type of view based on where you are in the area so I appreciated a candid response .

- check-in process was fast, easy, and included an efficient tour to acclimate - valet team… such helpful guys with getting access to truck to leave for daily adventures, helping us pack up luggage and just generally setting such a nice tone every time we came in and out of the hotel - we ate breakfast twice. Great, simple hotel breakfast Eh: - tv needed manually reset every time we were in shared common room - elevator was broken the entire time we were there (but didn’t hurt us to walk off some food and cocktails) - there is tea service 24 hours a day, and espresso in your room, but would be nice just to have a carafe of coffee by the tea station

Hotel Jackson was ideally located in the center of Jackson, easy walking to restaurants and sites. Lux appointments throughout the property and staff was very friendly and helpful. Amenities (gym, spa) were very nice as well - highly recommend if you're looking for a 5 star in downtown area.
