Great staff and great hotel
-
Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. It was our 4th stay at this hotel. Several problems arose. Our first room was very noisy. After two days we were given a better room. We couldn’t sleep. Housekeeping had to be reminded several times to supply laundry bags and toilet paper. FIGS, the hotel restaurant was very good.

Awesome stay and everything looks brand new ! We were sick our last day and had to extend and they were super accommodating with extending our stay and sending some complimentary items to make us more comfortable . Highly recommend

it is amazing place, staff is very nice and location is wonderful. Very nice. I will definitely recommend this to all my friends.

We also liked having a fire in our room, albeit gas, but still a nice touch. Bed was comfy and the staff were all lovely. We thought the gym, library and spa spaces were all of a high quality and really nicely done. Shout out to the valet parking boys - top job all of them, especially the night guy who got our car and sorted coffee for us on a 0400 start one morning - appreciated very much!! We have to mention the price. Jackson is tricky -small town, highly desirable location, very limited development space because of the govt land ownership and the proximity to the Tetons and Yellowstone beyond it. I guess Jackson is a sellers market, whether its Real Estate or Hotel Rooms. But, $3500 for a 2 night stay (and that was in a pretty standard room, not one of the premium rooms) is just insane. The hotel was lovely but its a $500-$600 a night facility - no more. I guess we were paying for "location". Its possibly the most expensive hotel room I have stayed in (in any city in the world) and it is simply not worth it). Stupid little touches like a Dove soap bar in our bathroom (premium??) and one of the staff forgetting to get housekeeping to turn down our room on the second evening when we went out for dinner - small things, but the elite hotels get that stuff right without blinking. They were no big deal and not worth raising with a staff member, but you file those little things away and those impressions contribute to your opinion when reviewing a very expensive hotel stay. Also, some well paid thinktank decided that the in-house restaurant should be Lebanese - its all very well putting a marker down and being different in town, but i suspect a fundamentally different cuisine bias might drive more clients to use the hotel food offerings more (we didn't spend a penny in the hotel restaurant for any meals)

Perfect hotel to explore Wyoming Nothing

The staff was very helpful and professional

The stay was great and the staff was fantastic. My only issue was they hit me with an exorbitant valet fee of $75.00. Much more than the advertised rate.

We have not 1 complaint at all!!!! Stay here for sure!!

Center of town and walk to restaurants shops and activities. Hotel was quiet even with a hub of activity going on so great place to unwind after a long day. A very nice library for guests to relax beautifully furnished with fireplace. Room we stayed in was efficient and appointed with comfort items including insulated backpack that was custom packed for our day trips. Currently an expansion is underway so construction activity begins around 7am. They are adding a rooftop restaurant which will be a great feature when completed. The current restaurant Figs in the lobby is small as is the bar (four barstools). We ate at the restaurant the first night. The food was good but the service was slow because at this time they are not yet staffed for upcoming season. Our meals came out at different times. Staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

Somehow, they messed up breakfast; it took them 1 hour to serve terrible oatmeal. They did comp the breakfast. Better inform us of the advance pending charges practice
