Superb

The location was convenient, but that was the only positive thing The staff was unfriendly and horrible. The room wasn’t ready on time. The free breakfast was an edible. The walls were so thin you can hear the people next to you talking. There was no room to hang your clothes and our room had a view of a junk yard.

The location was excellent. The car parking area was free. The breakfast was good. The coffee was good. The room was a little too small unless you were travelling with a spouse. I was travelling with my son. We probably should have organised two rooms, but it was expensive.

This property I will definitely stay at again, the rooms are very cute, clean, and feel very at home!

In the rear section of the hotel the air conditioning units were way too loud to sleep with. But, no way you can leave the one window available as each unit is aligned with an outside walkway.

Great location. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful. Parking is very limited, but it wasn’t hard to find a spot close by with free street parking.

If you have a preference on where in the hotel you want to be make sure you understand the buildings and layout.

I had an issue with my room on arrival - and I was very impressed and grateful for how the staff member Noah responded to the issue. He was very professional, caring and responsive, and this really stood out to me. Everything in Jackson Hole is extremely expensive and value for money is not its unique selling point. This hotel has the cool, hip factor and is very stylish and fun. The staff are especially warm and friendly and responsive, and this is one of its strongest aspects.

Easy check-in. Complementary breakfast was filling and tasty. Room was well kept in cozy.

There are no elevators so be prepared to walk up stairs with your luggage. Customer service is lacking. We called down several times with no response so when we required something, we had to walk down to the lobby to speak to someone in person. We requested our room be cleaned/serviced halfway through our stay but had to ask several times to have it happen. When we returned to our room that night, we found our door was left open. Thankfully, nothing was taken but it was uncomfortable knowing our stuff was left unprotected for who knows how long. Overall, way too overpriced for the experience.

Lived staying here on my first trip to Jackson! They were able to hold my bags before and after checkin/out. I used the bikes to get around town, but also it was RIGHT there on the main drag. Super comfortable bed. Would def stay here again!

Property is so cute and in the perfect location!! Was able to walk all around town and could not have asked for a better experience. Only thing I can think of is a bigger mini fridge but other than that, nothing!
