Staff, fridge and microwave in room Location at a corner of two busy streets with trucks traffic from early morning, poor breakfast choices, no hand shower, congested parking, rates are too expensive for what is offered.

Facility is well maintained, staff is friendly and accommodating, Breakfast was good, location is good and the early evening chocolate chip cookies were delicious!

Hotel was nice but unfortunately the pool and spa was closed. I had book this hotel because I plan to use the pool and hot tub after hiking. I did ask for a reimbursement but main help desk said it was out of their control

Very close to the main square; easy walk. We paid a premium price and they located us in the old tired section of the building.

The beds were very comfortable and they gave you lots of pillows. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I also liked that they offered a breakfast. Great location and we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. The room next to us had a guest that was talking loudly and started singing. So, beware, the walls aren't very well insulated.

While not inexpensive, the location to the square is perfect. Parking onsite is no problem. Pool was out of commission while we were there. Loved the fireplace in the bedroom but couldn't run it much because the room was always on the mid-70s even though we didn't have the heat running (outside was 35-65 during our stay, so not sure why it was always warm). Loved the fresh cookies every evening and the heated bathroom floor was nice!

The room was clean and very spacious. Breakfast was good for buffet style and the staff was friendly and courteous.

The entire room was extremely outdated, from the furniture and curtains to the bathroom and finishes. The phone in the room was broken, there was also a broken/missing fixture on the wall, and the AC had an unpleasant smell when it was running. The bathroom was especially dated and did not remotely reflect what I would expect at this price point. The advertised included breakfast was another major disappointment. The options essentially consisted of hard-boiled eggs, oatmeal, and cereal, with only 2% milk available, no coffee. For a hotel charging almost $800 a night, I expected considerably more than such a basic breakfast selection. The location was good, but unfortunately that was really the only positive part of my stay. I understand that Jackson is an expensive destination, but nearly $800 a night for a dated room, broken amenities, a smelly AC, and an extremely limited breakfast felt completely unjustified

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The shower was amazing and the heated bathroom floor was a nice touch. Appreciated having a decent coffee maker, a microwave, and a fridge. I booked an inner king room (to be away from street noise. When I arrived I was informed the hotel overbooked the King rooms and was informed that I was given an upgrade however they sent us down to level 1, aka the "underground level" to a king room with bunk beds facing the street. Not what I booked and not what I expected/wanted. The desk clerk made it seem like they were doing us a favor but that was NO favor, across the hall from the public bathrooms. The heater was a bit annoying as the fan was always running even when at the set temp.
