The Rockwell Inn

Location walking distance to downtown Jackson, staff were very friendly and welcoming Floor in the room was very dirty, hotel price per night was expensive for what you got.

Main building modern and nice breakfast and seating area. We were in a separate building which was cute and cosy. Great location to walk around the town which had a great atmosphere. A little bit more expensive than we would have liked for the size of the hotel,but location was perfect! The only thing which was disappointing was the cheap tv in the room which did not work very well. All of the cheaper hotels we have stayed in recently all had Sony TV’s with Netflix if wanted. Hopefully they will update them soon

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and the property was very clean and well maintained. The location was excellent—centrally located and convenient to everything in town. We also really appreciated the ample and convenient parking. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Location was key! We walked everywhere. They had all the special touches. They had cookies, tea, coffee, real plates, silverware, and coffee cups. Everyone was exceptionally nice. The photos online reservation didn’t do it justice. We were very pleasantly surprised. Initially I felt the price was high, but many hotels in the area were more and didn’t come close to all the unique touches.

We stay here often and love the proximity downtown. They have a nice breakfast.

We had a wonderful time at the Rockwell Inn. The location was great - close to town and the Elk Refuge & the staff was super friendly and helpful. Not to mention, I left with a new friend, Roxie! We had a great stay and would definitely return!

Zero effort to be accommodating in terms of possible solutions for gaining access to one of our rooms prior to the 4pm check in. We understand the policy, however every other hotel we’ve stayed at has been far more understanding and made at least a minimal effort to see if even a room downgrade would have allowed us to get our 2 year old in for a much needed nap. Instead, we were twice told flatly that check in would not be made available for any room prior to 4pm. Additionally, my father was recovering from a hip replacement and placed into a building on the 3rd floor which had no working elevator. Zero effort was made to find an appropriate accommodation.

I was trying to stop it but couldn’t do it. As hotel, I think I can recommend them.

One of the nicest stays during my vacation! Definitely recommend the stay. Even for one night.
