Trailborn Jackson Hole

You get no help with suitcases, desk explained nothing about the available amenities you sort of have to figure it out yourself. The room I got was absolutely terrible, I couldn't sleep at all because of the noise. First it was people outside being noisy at midnight, then the AC units were right outside next to the building which were running none stop. The noise of the AC units were so loud that I couldn't sleep until 2/3am, then early hours of the morning there was even more noise outside because the bins were there and trucks were collecting it. Also buses were parked right next to it too. No free water, it costed $5 for a bottle which is absolutely crazy for a hotel that charges this much. No clothing iron in rooms, no hair dryer, slippers, and to too it off the phone to call the desk was always busy. Also flight attendants stay at this hotel, so my guess is they want to keep them happy and give them the best rooms and services over paying customers.

Great location, walk to town. The staff is really helpful who helps me upgrade to a quiet room to sleep well. Rooms are clean, well maintained. Old timer restaurant has great vibe, high ceiling, great view and good breakfast, haven’t tried lunch/dinner. The happy hour drinks are awesome: bourbon rush is very tasty. Highly recommended

Great place to stay. It was conveniently close to town and near fun activities like the gondola and mountain coaster. Staff was incredibly helpful and nice. Pool was really nice as well.

I would recommend that you request a room away from the pool area because there were people on the deck that were hanging out and talking loudly which kept up up past midnight.

Location Unfortunately pool wasn’t working

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was clean and had everything we needed- including a hair dryer! The property is gorgeous and so peaceful. Location is close to Jackson square with all the shopping and restaurants. The staff was courteous and very helpful. Would stay again. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel ski in ski out. Old rooms

we were upgraded to the condo as the resort closed early for renovation. The manager Maurice was amazing and even helped us get to the airport once the resort had closed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay not great communication via the booking.com messenger service

Was not offered breakfast with original reservations. This led to high cost at hotel.

The daytime front desk staff was very unfriendly and not helpful. One staffer in particular! He should not be in the hospitality field and is not a good face/representative for the resort. Others within my group had the same opinion of this employee.
