Trailborn Jackson Hole, Outdoor Collection by Marriott Bonvoy

We stayed 2 nights . Hotel was conveniently located and very nice. Cocktails and snacks free in the early evening in the cozy lobby area. Breakfast was good. Loved the atmosphere and we will definitely consider staying here again.

Distance and location

Well maintained, friendly staff (with one exception) and nice location. It is about a 15-20 walk to the center of town and parking is a bit difficult but mostly free in town. On site restaurant and bar were good and generally had live music (not too loud).

The room did not have enough lighting. I found it to be very dark. There was also very little storage for my clothes.

This hotel is in a great location for skiing in Jackson. They need to get the little things right though. Coffee in the lobby should be a no-brainer. I also asked for a late checkout. They charge $50 an hour for late checkouts. I would prefer that they tell me that it's not available. Nickel and diming guests in a higher end hotel is a bit bizarre. Overall, hotel was clean with rooms that are well appointed.

Got to the hotel late at night after hours of driving and the young Asian girl I. The reception was absolutely nice and friendly. The room was clean and breakfast was very good and server was very nice. Will definitely recommend.

The room wasn’t clean. The lights were not working in the living room. The WiFi didn’t work the whole time. The outdoor garden attached the to room was so dirty, it was never cleaned. The outdoor furniture was broken. I feel the hotel was understaffed. Asked for extra towels or blanket, but never got it.

Our stay with you was amazing, the staff, front desk food , wait staff was so good to us . We would highly recommend anyone to stay there. You guys made us feel like family

The initial encounter with the front desk was poor. The gentleman who checked me in was rushed, didn’t make eye contact and was unwelcoming. I asked for directions to the room and for a map several times and told me “it isn’t that hard” to find my room. Another gentleman behind the counter jumped in and helped and gave me a couple drink tokens. When you spend $2300 for 3 nights I would like to at least have congenial service.

The hotel put us in a condo with no view instead of a hotel room with a view which is what I selected when booking.

The property is beautiful and in a beautiful location .. There wasn’t anything I did t like about the property

No complimentary coffee in the lobby. No coffee maker in the room. No maid service. Restaurant ok not great. Location is good.

Very nice rooms, comfortable beds. Free shuttle to downtown Jackson. Nice view of mountains from hotel and next to Snow King Resort.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Walkable to the city center by a couple blocks.
