There was no toilet paper 1 towel no one at front desk area took 40 min just to check in wont be staying agian

If I could give negative stars I would. The property information says that check in is allowed up until midnight. While I would normally contact the property if I would be later in the evening, I assumed my stay would be secure given this provided information. When I arrived just before 10pm, the front desk informed me that someone had checked into the property under my name earlier in the day. I asked repeatedly how this was possible, given an ID should be checked. She said that they aren't able to see any reservation information regarding names and the like on [third party] reservations. I asked if there were any OTHER rooms available, and she said no. I ended up having to go to another nearby property and spend over $100 more to get a room for the night. This was incredibly inconvenient as I had been traveling on only 3 hours of sleep in two days. While that is not their issue, I reserved a room expecting to have it available when I arrived. It's unclear if the property was dishonest about the use of my name or if they lied. I have contacted Expedia for a refund after explaining my name was supposedly used to check in earlier in the day. If there is no refund because the property stands on the grounds someone used my name to check in earlier, I will unfortunately have to contact the local police to have them pursue identify theft. I'm not sure if that is what occurred or if the property mismanaged information but either way -- save your money & sanity and skip

Convenient access No coffee in room or lobby.

I was allowed a room! Even though I had confirmation. They lady told me to go to another hotel she had nothing available

We had a few setbacks on getting there for our reservation but we made it there around 11:30 PM and I was told that my reservation was given out so my room was taken. We had to wait 45 minutes to have another room cleaned which the room was horrible and still charge the full price for two days all around poor service and quality of everything in the hotel room

The property is single level with earth berms up to bottom of windows (for energy efficiency). The berms were originally planted with wildflowers and native grasses, but have been overtaken with weeds. Very unsightlly. Baths were OK, but no washcloth.

I called to let them know I would be coming in at 9pm and was told that was fine. When I arrived, there was no staff at the desk so I waited. After 15 minutes I called their number. The person on the other line said give them one minute. It took them over 10 minutes to show up. They proceeded to say some woman called them and canceled my room on my behalf. After a conversation, she said there’s a room available she just needs to change the linens it’ll only be 5 minutes. It ended up being FORTY FIVE minutes before she came back and said “oh yea your room is ready now” so I asked for a refund and they couldn’t even do that. I decided not to stay and eventually got my refund via ZELLE when I paid for the room with my credit card.

There was nothing really to like,.., the joke was on me. Ha ha, ha, ha, ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!!! !!! Ha, ha ha ha 2x x 2x

I needed affordable, clean and comfortable. I got that. I stayed 4 nights. This is a small operation and will not thrill those looking for amenities but I’d choose Earth Inn again if I ever get back that way.

It is extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone associated with the hotel. We tried for 30 minutes, waiting to try to check in. The hotel didn't turn the AC on until midnight. (There is no control in room).

Wifi and television did not connect so we were unable to work on our computers or even watch local channels. Room was poorly lit and smelled stale. Bathroom is cramped with poor venting and extremely small shower stall. Walls are extremely thin; can hear people clearly in the hall and next door. Overall was a bed to sleep in and nothing more.

Tough stay. They accidently gave a separate room key to our room and another guest walked in when my wife was getting out of the shower. Also the front desk lady came into the room at 730am without knocking on morning 2 of 4 night stay. Sheets & towels were clean but the rest of the facility is in pretty rough shape. The price was good but wouldn't stay again.

The concept of an earth inn is a cool idea. However, there was no soap, no tissues, barely lighted. It was in poor condition.

Did not stay!! Room was filthy, disgusting and no toilet paper
