The gentleman at the front desk was amazing. My girlfriend and I felt very accomodated my whole stay. He was friendly, personable, and attentive. I would come back many times :)

I particularly mentioned about clean linens and pillow covers. As mentioned , it was super clean, the pillows were very comfortable as i have neck pain issues. The breakfast was very well organised , sufficient and great and neat place everywhere. Very decent , family friendly. The reception person received us with great care and response

Just book the American Inn in Jackson MN and forget Super 8. It’s terrible, trash, and they stole $100 from us

Our room was very clean and had a brand new shower and I believe all updated furniture. It was very convenient for a quick overnight off I90. Price and room was a very pleasant surprise. Highly recommend this establishment.

Booked 3 rooms for 3 nights, checked out early and while I was there I requested refund for last night twice at front desk. Hotel said contact Expedia, Expedia said contact hotel. Hotel not answering phone or responding to messages. Unhappy with customer service and will find new place to stay.
