Loved having the space to cook and refrigerate my food. Also bed was soooo nice.

NEVER ATE THE BREAKFAST MY 12 YEAR OLD NEPHEW BROUGHT HIS PS 5 GAME SYSTEM TO PLAY WITH IN THE ROOM. WE NEVER COULD GET THE WIFI TO CONNECT TO HIS PS 5, SEVERAL PEOPLE FROM THE HOTEL CAME TO TRY TO GET IT CONNECTED AND WERE ALL VERY NICE BUT NOT ABLE TO GET IT WORK, THERE WAS NO TECH SUPPORT NUMBER AVAILABLE TO CALL SO HE WAS NEVER ABLE TO US HIS GAME IN THE 5 DAY STAY WE HAD THERE, THIS WAS FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTING, WE BROUGHT A LOT OF STUFF WITH US AS'WERRE IN TOWN FOR THE MISS VOLUNTEER AMERICA PAGEANT AT THE CARL PERKINS CENTER. SO I DIDNT THINK IT WAS FEASABLE TO CHANGE HOTELS. THE LADIES THERE WAS SO KIND AND SO APOLOGETIC FOR THE WIFI, HOWEVER, I CANNOT STAY THERE NEXT SUMMER BECAJSE OF THIS ISSUE. I FEEL LIKE WE ARE OWED SOME TYPE OF COMPENSATION FOR TH WIFI ISSUE, I HAVE STAYED AT NUMEROUS HOTELS IN THE COUNTRY AND NEVER NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET WIFI FOR MY NEPHEW AND HIS PS 5 GAME, THIS WAS A DEALBREAKER FOR ME.

Clean The sheets really didn’t seem to be clean

It was so quiet, there were things to do other than being in the room. I genuinely loved how quiet it was. My favorite part The “heated” pool, was cold, that’s my only complaint. But I’ll let it slide bc the bonfire warmed me up

My stay was excellent. Nice comfortable bed. Clean room. We were always greeted by the staff. Great breakfast lots of options. Would definitely stay here again. Location is very close to shopping and restaurants.

The hotel was fantastic but during breakfast they never refilled containers and it only lasted 6-9.

The hotel was in a great location it was clean the rooms were a good size. Had a little kitchen and refrigerator worked well. Showers were nice the water a little low pressure but nice. The beds were comfortable. The parking lot was nice we could see our car from room. The staff was friendly. The breakfast area was stocked with everything the lady kept it clean and she was friendly. The pool wasn't very warm thought it was heated. Fire and workout room nice. Very nice place we will visit again! Thanks 😊

The staff was excellent- I had just had a surgery and they let me check in early! Thank you for excellent customer service!!

The rooms are very comfortable with great beds and pillows!! Pillows mean everything to me. The location is fantastic as far as close to many restaurants and shopping. Getting on the freeway is very easy to continue in any direction. I like that it isn't in the very busy Casey Jones area! The breakfast was fantastic!!! Great selection and comfy seating areas. I can't think of anything.

The faucet didn't clear the sink and we had to keep a washrag under it. Electric outlet behind coffee pot didn't work and we had to move it over to the outlet at the stove. AC was very noisy when running.

The staff, desk clerk were very friendly and professional. Smiled and spoke with curtesy. Just made us feel welcome!!! Can’t think of anything!
