The room was very nice and comfortable. That i was charged a deposit of $150 because my card was a debt card. This needs to be put on the confirmations. What if a person doesn't have an additional $150. for a deposit? I understand the $50. most hotels charge for accidents, etc. BUT $150? Absolutely ridiculous.

The rooms was clean. Breakfast was excellent and the parking was great. the staff was very attentive with friendly smiles. I will be visiting again soon

The place is easy on the eyes, lobby is inviting, decor is up-to-date, indoor pool was clean and didn't bleach or disintegrate my swimming trunks like some over chlorinated pools might do, and the bed would have made even Goldilocks happy. Unfortunately, I woke up at 5 am to the sound of water dripping. I was not totally surprised as I had noticed the ceiling had signs of a recent repair. In a short time, the leak went from one leak to 3 leaks, and the water began to pool. I hurried to move all of our belongings to the other side of the room in fear that they would soon be covered in our upstairs neighbor's shower water. On the bright side, it helped solidify our decision to hit the road a bit early. We packed up and left, skipping the continental breakfast. At the front counter, there sat a man so deeply invested in the movie on his phone screen that I felt bad for interrupting him to turn in our room keys. Although, he was completely unbothered by our checkout or my subtle report of the leaky ceiling as he barely took his eyes from the screen long enough to acknowledge he would make a note of it. I stood awkwardly waiting for confirmation that our checkout was complete but hated to interrupt again. As we turned to walk out of the building, I thought to myself, at least we had a great view of the 5 little raccoons pillaging through the dumpster. I wouldn't necessarily say don't stay here, but I might suggest requesting the top floor. Oh, and don't look under the couch cushions...

Rooms nice but bed way to high!!!! A short person cannot comfortably het in without help! Check in was difficult as the person had not read my request and understood that I had a dog, which he charged $50 for!!!! Outrageous!

Our room was on the first floor by a side door. This was great since we were travelling with our dog but there were people outside in the garden area smoking pot every time we went outside with our dog. I'm not sure if they were employees or just people who knew there was a place to sit in the shade and smoke pot.
