Check in with a machine and lack of personnel shows lack of customer service. elevator was out of service and had to use stairs at age 73 from 4th floor

They had roaches everywhere even in the fridge and I had to get a refund.

Rooms very nice and clean. Checking in at kiosk. No complimentary coffee available as stated on my kiosk receipt at check in. No shampoo or conditioner in the room only bar soap. Fridge doesnt have a freezer. When I complained to kiosk he wanted me to walk around the building to the other attached hotel to get my coffee and wouldn't credit my room $5 for the amenities that were promised but not fulfilled. Unless that $5 is credited i won't stay there next year. Plus the clientele was a little sketchy. Didn't feel very safe outside smoking.

No personnel with the exception of cleaning staff. You talk into a monitor for check in. We had to stay more than one night due to car trouble Toilet seat broken and no ice one night. Bugs in room and mattress was hard. One night people arguing in the hallway. Auto repair shop said area is not the safest. Was charged additional $30 for early check in. I know motel 6 is no fancy place but I wouldn’t stay here again. See above comments. Some outlets didn’t work and wouldn’t charge our phones

Seems clean as long as you’re not me or a germ freak. Day to day they kick you out 11-3 unless you pay $30 extra dollars. You come back then have to clean your own room cause they didn’t have time and you could’ve stayed and already done it yourself but pay $30 to do so. Gee, thanks

The staff was nice enough and the beds were comfortable . The rates were affordable enough for the stay. The noise was down since all the locals got booted out. The air hardly worked, the tv remote didn't have batteries, the room had roaches. That pretty much killed it for us. No matter how nice the staff location or comfort level. Roaches are the line in the sand for me.

Secondly, we woke up in the morning with flooded floor from air conditioner. And mos importantly, no actual person at the front desk the whole time. You have to speak to a person on the computer screen. Good thing about our stay here is the good water pressure and the good price (I guess we get what we paid for) We will never stay at this hotel ever again.

I been to some dirty motel 6 hotels but by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The front desk was a guy on a screen there wasn’t an actual person there. And when I went to the room bed bugs everywhere I walked straight out and bought another hotel down the street
