Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff

I did not partake in the breakfast but it did look very appealing. I will definitely keep this hotel on my stays in Jackson.

Staff was friendly! Was near where I had to do business the next day. My only issue was cleanliness. There was hair all over my bathroom, which grossed me out. Other than that the stay was really nice.

A brand new hotel that opened in February 2026! Just simply brilliant with great staff and great food! The only thing I would recommend changing are the shower heads. The water flow is not very strong!

Housekeeping entereing room at 830am while we were asleep in bed. hair found in bathroom and in blanket on bed.

Easy registration and booking . Location nearby hospital for very early appointment. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean with all amenities.

Shower gel was empty, and during my 4 day stay I requested each morning for it to be refilled. It was not refilled. Even though the desk attendant reassured me on a daily basis that it would be taken care of it didn’t happen.
