I did have trouble connecting to the internet but staff helped with that. The room entry was different and staff explained how to use the key card. Overall it was excellent stay.

It was great - nice rooms, love the cookies, gym was decent and pool was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. They should really add an indoor jacuzzi though.

The facility was very well maintained and clean. Although the building itself was a little dated, the furniture and decor were newer. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was not a fan of the breakfast buffet, but they did offer a variety of items.

I think the bathrooms should be updated to walk-in showers. My mom could not take a shower in the room. She could not step over the bathtub.

The room was not clean. Noticed there was a stain on the bedding and hair on the bed frame. The toilet flushed really really slow and would have to flush twice no matter what. When we went out we asked for house keeping to clean the room and when we got back all they did was replenish the towels and make the bed and left the OLD DIRTY sheets on the bed yes the one that had what looked like blood or makeup on it.

They need to spray the 5th floor, baby spiders were on the loose. Tv kept freezing up. The floor needed to be mopped and if you have to go to work.....they only have a staamer..no iron available. Not the worse property in Jackson but just a few minor issues.

The breakfast and the staff in cafe were helpful. The bed sheets were not clean. I had to ask for multiple sheet sets upon arrival because they had hair and debris on them. The bathroom floor had hair on it and in the tub.

The breakfast is delicious, and the employees were very attentive. The hotel's location is in a good spot. The room looked nothing like the photos. The carpet in my room was humid. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. Upon entering, I found a large cockroach in the bathroom. One of the pillows had such an unpleasant odor, and it was obvious that it hadn't been washed. One of the bedspreads was slightly torn. The place needs a more thorough deep cleaning. I took photos and videos just in case. Besides, I didn't know they charge for Wi-Fi or at least the lady who helped me didn't explain it to me very well.
