Everything was nice and clean staff were polite.

Friendliness of the staff! The fire alarm was beeping for no reason and they moved us room quickly! Guest service seemed to enjoy their job unlike other places we've stayed in this area! Not a thing!

We have stayed here previously and it was good. The elevators were out for 2 days last time and no help or adjustment on bill for inconvenience at all.

Stay was expensive but adequate. Person checking us in on Saturday night told us breakfast started at 6. We needed to start early Sunday morning, but breakfast did not start until 7 on the weekends. So, we waited for it to open to find out that we had to pay for our breakfast, didn't come with our room. We stayed on the 5th floor, top floor, and when we packed up and left our room, both elevators were out of service, and we had to go down 5 stories of stairs. Just had knee replacement a couple of months before but they did not care about the inconvenience, could have paid for our breakfast. WOn't be back.

Toilet seat broke they did not fix, toilet ran all night did not fix, breakfast was not aviavble was not informed of this. I am handicapped and it's uneasy for me to travel in the morning. This was very inconvenient

I did not like that the restaurant was under construction and there was no information on the website regarding this.

First room very moldy, then moved to another room that smelled differently but still poor. I went to buy Lysol and dehumidifying buckets, after spraying the Lysol the cockroaches started to come out.

why would you book guests directly beside some club that is banging loud music at night. Location not the best but the front desk staff was great

Booked this hotel because it had a restaurant. Get to hotel and we were told restaurant was closed. There was no way to cancel and get money back and go somewhere else. Girl at front desk didn’t seem to care about issue.

The indoor outdoor pool was relaxing. Twist restaurant was under renovation.
