DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Jackson

The room was not clean. Noticed there was a stain on the bedding and hair on the bed frame. The toilet flushed really really slow and would have to flush twice no matter what. When we went out we asked for house keeping to clean the room and when we got back all they did was replenish the towels and make the bed and left the OLD DIRTY sheets on the bed yes the one that had what looked like blood or makeup on it.

The room was very clean. The bed/pillows was amazing!!! Also the breakfast buffet was outstanding!!! NA

We spent 8 nights for Miss Volunteer America Pageant Princess Program Ms. Mary is just the sweetest! From the moment of arrival she made my girls feel like superstars! Rooms, public areas pool & restaurant were all very clean. Front desk staff ❤️! Miss Ashley in housekeeping is the kindest & I give her my highest compliments! Maintenance Fast, efficient & also very kind! Needs more seating in the pool area

They need to spray the 5th floor, baby spiders were on the loose. Tv kept freezing up. The floor needed to be mopped and if you have to go to work.....they only have a staamer..no iron available. Not the worse property in Jackson but just a few minor issues.

The breakfast and the staff in cafe were helpful. The bed sheets were not clean. I had to ask for multiple sheet sets upon arrival because they had hair and debris on them. The bathroom floor had hair on it and in the tub.

The breakfast is delicious, and the employees were very attentive. The hotel's location is in a good spot. The room looked nothing like the photos. The carpet in my room was humid. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. Upon entering, I found a large cockroach in the bathroom. One of the pillows had such an unpleasant odor, and it was obvious that it hadn't been washed. One of the bedspreads was slightly torn. The place needs a more thorough deep cleaning. I took photos and videos just in case. Besides, I didn't know they charge for Wi-Fi or at least the lady who helped me didn't explain it to me very well.

The front desk staff were all very nice and helpful The bar/ restaurant especially breakfast

The staff was very friendly, it was easy to get around, & the bar was really nice as well.

The friend staff, we had an issue with a water leak in our first room but the staff was on it quickly. Kiddos to the front desk staff, housekeeping for the 1st floor, and maintenance for handling my issue quickly and efficiently on the morning of 04/26?

Staff was terrible. Someone threw up near the pool and we were told by the front desk the janitor didn’t want to clean it up… the lady who’s kid threw up also offered to clean it up which they said no to as well. I asked about self serve laundry. They have it on the second floor, however I didn’t find that out until 2x running back and forth to the laundry mat off site. The front desk person told me they didn’t have one the first time I had asked. When a friend told me where it was I informed the front desk they do indeed have laundry. She was shocked to find out herself they had one. This hotel is outdated and way overpriced for the terrible service. I’ve never left a review until now.

Kids at the pool were screaming at the top of their lungs until 10 pm when the pool closed. I had called the front desk around 9 pm. asking them to do something about it, I don't think they did. Anyway...don't stay here if you need to rest or go to sleep before 10. Also, the floor was dirty in the bathroom and the shower drain full of hair. Gross.

Clean, neat, friendly staff, and quite. That the microwave and refrigerator didn't work properly in the room. The refrigerator was hot in the inside and the microwave didn't get the food hot.
