Enjoyed my stay- breakfast was nice, staff was super friendly.

I didn’t have the breakfast The first room i was assigned to the carpert was wet. The second room was just as bad, I almost fell off the toilet because the toilet sit was not secured, the door second security lock didn’t work , housekeeping did not do a good job at cleaning the room or placing toiletries in the room overall it was a horrible experience for thw amount of money I paid!!!!!!

This room was great. I’d recommended to anyone that needed a little rest to get off the road a quiet clean room. What else could you ask for?

Staff was helpful enough, they did let me change rooms to one that smelled less mildewy. But the new room was hardly better. Just really wet feeling and gross throughout the hotel.

The staff was very nice and the cleaning staff was wonderful & always keeping the room clean. the breakfast was very good and good variety. The smell in the room was musty as well as the hallway. Elevator smells like a wet dog. They need to extract all trapped moisture immediately and desinfect.

And the location is excellent, close to airport restaurant and night live music 🎶

The location was convenient. WiFi didn't connect the first night. It connected the next day but was unstable. I had to leave and go to a different hotel because I had to be logged in for an online class. The carpet needs a deep cleaning or needs to be replaced. You can smell the mustiness. There wasn't a bathtub. I didn't trust the shower floor.

Nothing I booked this hotel because of its 4‑star reviews and low cost, so I’ll admit my expectations were modest. Unfortunately, the reality was far worse than anything those reviews suggested. The property is rundown and located in an area that immediately felt unsafe. It sits directly in front of a gas station where I watched people openly dealing drugs in broad daylight. There was an individual were slumped over around outside the hotel clearly under the influence, and the overall environment made me extremely uncomfortable from the moment I arrived. Inside, the hotel smelled strongly of mold, and the WiFi wouldn’t connect. Now, those issues alone would have been manageable, however, I didn’t feel secure staying here, and that’s ultimately why I checked out shortly after arriving and submitted a complaint through Booking.com. The final straw was the front desk staff. When I explained why I needed to leave, the woman at the desk was dismissive and rude. She told me she could move me to another room, but the issue wasn’t the room, it was the environment. I made it clear I didn’t feel safe, yet she showed no concern and offered no real solution beyond that. This hotel presents itself as a cost‑effective 4‑star option, but in reality it’s nowhere close. Between the unsafe surroundings, the condition of the property, and the unprofessional service, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

My overall stay was good. I always stay at the Sleep Inn when we come to Jacksonville. Just a little disappointed this time. The internet wasn’t working and now they get a hidden $100 off your card that will be refunded but that take up to 3 to 5 business days.

The only great thing about this property is the staff. They are lovely! They make it appear clean but it isn’t actually clean
