The property is under major renovation so the photos on the site are misleading. We will not be coming back.

This was an easy property to get in and out. The parking was very good. The front desk clerk was very friendly and concise. Now, the property was not in good condition, the grass was not cut and the property just appeared to be old and over used. The room had been cleaned, the furnishings tattered and rusty and the Grand Daddy of it all “Roaches” yes and I the pictures. I didn’t spend a lot of time in the room because I was there for meetings. The morning I go in the bathroom and lo and behold……

Better maintenance

This was the worst place I've ever stayed, and we couldn't even make it through the night. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night and booking another hotel because we no longer felt comfortable staying there. The entire property felt abandoned, dirty, and poorly maintained. There was a bad smell, the cleanliness was unacceptable, and everything gave us an uneasy feeling from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was honestly frightening. The front desk was disorganized and offered no confidence that the property was being managed properly. Everything felt chaotic. The lack of security was another major concern. It didn't feel safe at all, and that was ultimately why we decided to leave. The pictures online are nothing like what you actually get. This place was a huge disappointment and completely misrepresented. I've stayed in many hotels over the years, from budget motels to luxury resorts, and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I would never stay here again, and I strongly recommend that anyone considering this property look elsewhere.

The room had roaches big ones... The pool was broken and it's pretty much a transient hotel would never ever recommend anybody stay here unless u have too

Do not rent these rooms based off the videos or pictures on the internet. It was EXTREMELY difficult to get in contact with anyone on the property I had to visit in person. There are no bars or food courts. The pool was out of service the inside had no A.C so you are pretty much subject to the room during the summer time. im sure this place was amazing when first opening but now its just like the wreckage of the Titanic. I would never recommend this place. I was very disappointed and did not stay one night. I lost the money and possibly the $100 deposit and note I cancelled the reservation entirely after arriving.

If there was a lower score I would give it .the staff is beyond rude the rooms were filthy the atrium was worse. Please don't get catfish like I did don't walk away from this place absolutely run

The pool was broken room was not cleaned properly the game room only had five games and only two worked remote doesn’t control the channels or volume on the tv you have to get up and do it manually it was just an overall bad experience the only reason I booked there was because of the pool and the game room and not to mention the water is never hot it’s more room temperature if that and also the ac unit did not get cold it was like I had a box fan in my room

Work for the indoor pool but it was down not able to use for the three grandbabies AC in one room was really nice AC in the other room didn't hardly work at all but other than that the property was nice and good people that work there for the neighborhood it's decent

There were roaches in my hotel room as well as their was no breakfast stated on the site and the pool was under maintenance

I didn't like nothing about hotel When first walked into building there was no air conditioning in building extremely hot the heat hits you straight in the face it's miserable especially when you're coming in from the heat very understaff three people doing all positions of hotel I have thirty years of housekeeping experience I was interviewed for a housekeeping while I was in Virginia was promised a position once I got there was immediately denied I guess because of my race there was never anyone at front desk to help online it said hotel had breakfast there was no breakfast not even coffee pool was close inside smelled like mildew and wet animals I had two rooms one for me and grandkids one for my pregnant daughter and son n law my floor flooded twice due to AC daughter couldn't stay in room due to smell of mold and smell of air conditioner she only stay one day they did try to change rooms but daughter who is eights pregnant got sick and couldn't stay so she left I ask for a refund from Sage the manager property for two years for refund for days that was not uses she told me I couldn't get refund for used days because my daughter refused to switch rooms I don't blame my daughter she's pregnant mold harms unborn babies my daughter left and went into a shelter with my grandkids because she had no where else to go this was a permanent move for us all to Jacksonville Florida one of the onsite construction worker (was very rude and nasty to my daughter was reported to manager nothing was solved I guess she was all for the worker I never received housekeeping service I'm hurt and disappointed that I couldn't get refund from my daughter's rooms the area sucked nothing but trucks and high restaurants and gas stations around I didn't feel comfortable at all in area or hotel I still want my refund for the room that wasn't used Jason and Shell were the best employees there I want my money back from unused room they robbed me of my money place would be better...
