If there was a lower score I would give it .the staff is beyond rude the rooms were filthy the atrium was worse. Please don't get catfish like I did don't walk away from this place absolutely run

The pool was broken room was not cleaned properly the game room only had five games and only two worked remote doesn’t control the channels or volume on the tv you have to get up and do it manually it was just an overall bad experience the only reason I booked there was because of the pool and the game room and not to mention the water is never hot it’s more room temperature if that and also the ac unit did not get cold it was like I had a box fan in my room

Nasty Smells bad Restroom / shower look like a pig bath Towels and paper toitel not new The only good thing was the TV that has internet Curtains don't cover all the windows

Proximity to target locations to visit. Not very comfortable beds and pillows. Shower left something to desire. Poor drainage. Was surprised to learn we were locked in. Later that day, I visited the front desk and found out the exit plan for evening and early morning hours.

Work for the indoor pool but it was down not able to use for the three grandbabies AC in one room was really nice AC in the other room didn't hardly work at all but other than that the property was nice and good people that work there for the neighborhood it's decent

It was ok The room had a bad smell

Nothing about it Everything it was terrible dirty the staff weren’t helpful roaches and bed bugs

Smelled like mildew mold and dog poop inside room

There were roaches in my hotel room as well as their was no breakfast stated on the site and the pool was under maintenance

Unfortunately I didn't have very hot water in my shower

I didn't like nothing about hotel When first walked into building there was no air conditioning in building extremely hot the heat hits you straight in the face it's miserable especially when you're coming in from the heat very understaff three people doing all positions of hotel I have thirty years of housekeeping experience I was interviewed for a housekeeping while I was in Virginia was promised a position once I got there was immediately denied I guess because of my race there was never anyone at front desk to help online it said hotel had breakfast there was no breakfast not even coffee pool was close inside smelled like mildew and wet animals I had two rooms one for me and grandkids one for my pregnant daughter and son n law my floor flooded twice due to AC daughter couldn't stay in room due to smell of mold and smell of air conditioner she only stay one day they did try to change rooms but daughter who is eights pregnant got sick and couldn't stay so she left I ask for a refund from Sage the manager property for two years for refund for days that was not uses she told me I couldn't get refund for used days because my daughter refused to switch rooms I don't blame my daughter she's pregnant mold harms unborn babies my daughter left and went into a shelter with my grandkids because she had no where else to go this was a permanent move for us all to Jacksonville Florida one of the onsite construction worker (was very rude and nasty to my daughter was reported to manager nothing was solved I guess she was all for the worker I never received housekeeping service I'm hurt and disappointed that I couldn't get refund from my daughter's rooms the area sucked nothing but trucks and high restaurants and gas stations around I didn't feel comfortable at all in area or hotel I still want my refund for the room that wasn't used Jason and Shell were the best employees there I want my money back from unused room they robbed me of my money place would be better...

If a was working in front area and the pool was open Just front aeaa and pool area was hot

Nothing. Dirty environment, smell of marijuana, lots of noise.

5 stars It's was great quiet area for rest and chill , the pool was closed but the arcade area was open you can have old school games add your own music

I will not be recommending this place to anyone

The representative Jason was vey welcoming and very friendly. He goes above and beyond. The only problem I had was the tv didn’t work properly. I couldn’t watch tv. Overall I was pleased with everything else.

Clean room friendly staff

Nothing Mold in the room. Television channels didn't work most of the time. I booked a different room and then was told when I got there that the room was not available. They gave me a substitute room and it was crap. And was not worth the price that I paid for the other one. The toilet would not flush half of the time. There was not enough towels or wash clothes in the room and when I went to get more could not find any staff to help.

Didn't stay. I waited 2 hours for a attendant to open the front door, so I eventually left
