Room was dirty had roaches and it smelled terrible

We asked to vacate within 24 hours of a 4 day non-refundable booking. I spoke with Sheldon, who was very cordial. He offered other rooms, or to file for a refund with their GSA. THE IMPRESSION GIVEN WAS THAT THERE WOULD BE SOME COMPENSATION. He stated that there were two individuals there that were very good one of them was named Carla I do not remember the other name. Since my other 2 guys didn't wish to stay, I opted to get the refund/reimbursement. I GUESS WAKING UP WITH A ROACH NEXT TO YOU WAS TOO MUCH FOR MY GUY TO HANDLE. The other was found in the fridge. He took pictures. The next steps given to me were to wait for this GSA to return a call, if not I was given a number. I never heard from them. After repeated calls to Sheldon, and a different number to call, I still couldn't get a response. I never did. Sheldon has to communicate with them, and then I was transferred to his manager. She communicated their responses and no compensation was given. My expectation at least was a reimbursement on the rest of the 3 days. So, if you have issues here...don't expect positive results . If you wish to take a chance on roaches and are not bothered by the smell, this is a as good as any place to stay. I will be placing this review in as many sites as possible.. I may have to skip pictures cuz this will not upload.

The pool closed at 7 pm. The floor was dirty. We had a king bed with 3 tiny paper thin pillows. No coffee pot or ice buckets. There was black mold in several places on the shower curtian. The water pressue was horrible.

Nothing about that hotel was good ??? The fact that it had roaches if I thought I could have gotten my money back I would have left when I checked in me and my son was there from the 11th of August until the 20th of August we checked out without even going to the front office due to we were running late for work I will never ever stay there again the whole entire time we felt like we were in a sauna the AC didn't work as hot as it was those 9 days it was the most horrible ? time ever I wouldn't wish this type of treatment on any one please please please do better with this place

The property is under major renovation so the photos on the site are misleading. We will not be coming back.

This was an easy property to get in and out. The parking was very good. The front desk clerk was very friendly and concise. Now, the property was not in good condition, the grass was not cut and the property just appeared to be old and over used. The room had been cleaned, the furnishings tattered and rusty and the Grand Daddy of it all “Roaches” yes and I the pictures. I didn’t spend a lot of time in the room because I was there for meetings. The morning I go in the bathroom and lo and behold……

Better maintenance

This was the worst place I've ever stayed, and we couldn't even make it through the night. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night and booking another hotel because we no longer felt comfortable staying there. The entire property felt abandoned, dirty, and poorly maintained. There was a bad smell, the cleanliness was unacceptable, and everything gave us an uneasy feeling from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was honestly frightening. The front desk was disorganized and offered no confidence that the property was being managed properly. Everything felt chaotic. The lack of security was another major concern. It didn't feel safe at all, and that was ultimately why we decided to leave. The pictures online are nothing like what you actually get. This place was a huge disappointment and completely misrepresented. I've stayed in many hotels over the years, from budget motels to luxury resorts, and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I would never stay here again, and I strongly recommend that anyone considering this property look elsewhere.

The room had roaches big ones... The pool was broken and it's pretty much a transient hotel would never ever recommend anybody stay here unless u have too

Nice staff The room wasn’t very clean, and the main attraction was closed, the bed and the sheets were dirty. The tub and the bathroom floor was dirty and the corners of the room and bathroom was dirty.

Pool looks enticing, but it was closed until further notice.

Do not rent these rooms based off the videos or pictures on the internet. It was EXTREMELY difficult to get in contact with anyone on the property I had to visit in person. There are no bars or food courts. The pool was out of service the inside had no A.C so you are pretty much subject to the room during the summer time. im sure this place was amazing when first opening but now its just like the wreckage of the Titanic. I would never recommend this place. I was very disappointed and did not stay one night. I lost the money and possibly the $100 deposit and note I cancelled the reservation entirely after arriving.

If there was a lower score I would give it .the staff is beyond rude the rooms were filthy the atrium was worse. Please don't get catfish like I did don't walk away from this place absolutely run

The pool was broken room was not cleaned properly the game room only had five games and only two worked remote doesn’t control the channels or volume on the tv you have to get up and do it manually it was just an overall bad experience the only reason I booked there was because of the pool and the game room and not to mention the water is never hot it’s more room temperature if that and also the ac unit did not get cold it was like I had a box fan in my room
