Nothing. Didn’t end up staying. The front desk staff was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Stated they had a business to run and didn’t care that I paid for a reservation they sell rooms regardless and I can request a refund and wait 10-12 business days

The location. Close to family we were visiting Everything else. Dirty, dirty room(s). Dried out dog poop under the bed. Phone in room did not work. Customer service was horrible. Room was switched (twice) but issues with cleanliness in the other two as well. DO NOT stay here.

Small rooms, not friendly staff.

Room was unbelievably humid that the wood/laminate floor lifted and separated. Food and crumbs were all over the floor, moldy A/C and the microwave wasn’t cleaned. This hotel needs a serious renovation. They should consider using materials that are compatible with heat and humidity. Looks can be deceiving with this location, looks good on the outside but terrible inside.

Issues with keycard on both days there, major crack in tub that was fixed with duct tape (room 319). Staff was very friendly but wouldnt stay again.

The size of my handicap room. Location to site we visited was amazing. The air conditioning was artic . Plans to stay there again next year.

I arrived to check into the hotel, expecting that had already been confirmed and paid in advance shortly after 930 pm, just as I've done several times in recent weeks

Have stayed at this location numerous times and the staff is always very helpful and friendly. When I need a night or two staycation, this is where I go because it's peaceful.

The staff here is amazing and go above and beyond.

Unfortunately, room was very dirty. Bedside table had thick dust and many dink marks, mattress was covered in dirt and crumbs with no protective cover and had only one thin sheet, floors were very dirty obviously not vacuumed or washed, large build up of dirt and crumbs in all corners, bathroom full of mold, walls all with large paint chips, overall smell of mold and bed linens were washed with heavily scented products that caused and allergic reaction. This is also a dog friendly hotel, love dogs; but the reality is that there were dogs barking all night. There was a kitchette, but no amenities for it, No coffee, no hairdryer. TV was broken and google casting was broken, they have no maintenance available until second day of stay. No staff on site from 9pm-9am. I think the rate should be more around $50-60 at most.
