I had a non smoking room but I only smelled smoking and weed coming through walls! I will never choose again and I will never recommend it to no one! Worst experience of my life!!

Hall wreaked of smoke. No additional towels provided. No maid service. No kitchen ware at all. Water never got hot. Front desk not personable at check in.

NEVER WAS ABLE TO CHECK IN WITH ZERO ASSISTANCE FROM BOOKING.COM OR THE HOTEL. SINGLE WOMAN LOCKED OUTSIDE BECAUSE FRONT DESK CLOSED AT 8 pm!!!!

Staff confrontational experienced unprofessional stay. Mold and floorboards unkempt. There was even a death during the stay that should tell about the location.

This is a budget hotel in every sense of the word. Rooms are somewhat clean, staff is helpful and courteous but the entire hotel has funky smells. Unfortunately, we were witnessing some roaches in both sense of the word.

It was semi close to where I had to travel to There was no room service but once a week and I was there for two weeks and never had any room service

Nothing. Didn’t end up staying. The front desk staff was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Stated they had a business to run and didn’t care that I paid for a reservation they sell rooms regardless and I can request a refund and wait 10-12 business days

The location. Close to family we were visiting Everything else. Dirty, dirty room(s). Dried out dog poop under the bed. Phone in room did not work. Customer service was horrible. Room was switched (twice) but issues with cleanliness in the other two as well. DO NOT stay here.

Room was unbelievably humid that the wood/laminate floor lifted and separated. Food and crumbs were all over the floor, moldy A/C and the microwave wasn’t cleaned. This hotel needs a serious renovation. They should consider using materials that are compatible with heat and humidity. Looks can be deceiving with this location, looks good on the outside but terrible inside.
