We had a great stay, room was nice and clean & breakfast had lots of options
-
The room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

We entered our first room 407, the room smelled of moldy or mildew. I told my coworker not to unpack because we were going to try to get another room. Front desk was friendly and we never had an issue with the staff. There staff were accommodating and took us to another room on the third-floor room 310. Room 310 had pretty much the same smell of high humidity and the air conditioner was on in both rooms. It was freezing cold so that wasn’t the issue. The staff insanely took us to the next room across the hall. Room 309 was slightly better and still had a smell of humidity by this time. We decided we weren’t going to continue to play musical chairs and decided to stay. It wasn’t until later that smell of sewage and what seemed like well water smell from the bathroom became severe. We just closed the bathroom door and dealt with it, We were there for two days and spent as much time out of the hotel room as possible. We only came back to sleep both nights. On another note, breakfast was edible at best. On a scale of 1-5 with 5 being excellent, I’d give it a 2. We’ve stayed at many, Hampton before, unfortunately, this particular location was subpar… Realistically I wouldn’t even give this location another shot if it were me personally. This is a company sponsored stay and I didn’t want to be a complainer to my boss because he’s awesome and this is not the company’s fault.

This hotel was a relief to come to to compare to the previous hotel that I stayed in. It was very clean. The customer service was great. The only thing I did not like was the exercise room was out of order. The pool looked dirty.
-
The room was extremely cold upon entrance however the instructions on how to operate the thermostat was helpful. Staff was okay.

Close to Mayo. Very friendly staff and clean

The room was not clean. The desk was broken, the shower was dirty and the bedding was not clean. I had an original stay of two nights but checked out immediately first thing next morning due to uncomfortable

Our stay was for an appointment at the Mayo Clinic- I assume many of the guests at this property are in the same situation. The clerk was unable to give us any directions whatsoever. i didn't use the fitness center or pool. I found that the in-room TV had icons for premium channels but couldn't connect to them without a subscription. bummer. At least we had HBO. The toilet roll holder in the bathroom had been pullede loose and needed repair- it was sort of lodged in the wall but not secured and the wallpaper had been pulled loose around it. There were no secure handholds by the toilet- a feature that might be helpful even in non-"accessible" rooms. The bed was OK but the mattress seemed a little unsubstantial and worn. the overall value seems fair, however. So, a resounding OK.

I arrived late to the hotel, the room had a very strong smell and was highly humid, did not complain at the front desk due to the time and I was exhausted from traveling, also only had a few hours to sleep. Service at check-in was excellent. and the room looked clean. I don’t know why, so just strong smell and humidity.

When we arrived, the first room we were in had a mildew odor. Within minutes, we were placed in a much better room. It was very quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing. I do wish we would have gotten up a little earlier to enjoy the delicious breakfast longer. We will definitely be staying again☺️

Overall the condition of the facility was average. Non-English speaking breakfast attendant. Front desk staff lack-luster energy. Obvious updating needed.

Nicely appointed. Courteous and friendly staff. Close to several restaurants. Excellent choice for convenience and value.

The only good thing about this hotel was their free breakfast. Their rooms are COVERED in mold, all on the ceiling, up the walls, even growing in patches on the carpet. We had to go through 3 rooms before he finally put us in an upgraded one that didn't smell awful and only had a little bit of mold. This place should be condemned. It's uninhabitable living conditions and I asked to be given other accommodations at a different hilton brand hotel in the area and they said the best they could do was offer a refund and we would need to find our own accommodations. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Everything was great beside the carpet was damp throughout the room

This hotel was going to charge me 2 separate dog fees when the policy is one fee for 2 dogs. I stay at Hilton owned properties a lot and this was the first time I have had this issue. When I told them that is not the policy, staff went to their manager and they agreed to one fee, but you shouldn't have to dispute something to get them to follow their own policy. The fees for the dogs would have been significantly more than the room. They didn't have pool towels by the pool. The front desk staff went to laundry to get some, but handed one to us, but didn't put any additional out. The rooms were small for a Hampton Inn.

Everything was great and the staff was amazing gold 5 stars all around the only issue I had was that after coming back from going out trying to get into my room my key cards kept locking me out and I had to go down to the front desk and have them reactivate them the staff were super friendly and helpful and got it working everytime though

Staff was friendly, breakfast was okay, our only problem was the heavy smell in the hotel and humidity levels in the room. It was so humid that everything in the room was sticky and beds, sheets, towels were all “humid” wet.

Staff and room were great
