This hotel was going to charge me 2 separate dog fees when the policy is one fee for 2 dogs. I stay at Hilton owned properties a lot and this was the first time I have had this issue. When I told them that is not the policy, staff went to their manager and they agreed to one fee, but you shouldn't have to dispute something to get them to follow their own policy. The fees for the dogs would have been significantly more than the room. They didn't have pool towels by the pool. The front desk staff went to laundry to get some, but handed one to us, but didn't put any additional out. The rooms were small for a Hampton Inn.

Everything was great and the staff was amazing gold 5 stars all around the only issue I had was that after coming back from going out trying to get into my room my key cards kept locking me out and I had to go down to the front desk and have them reactivate them the staff were super friendly and helpful and got it working everytime though

Staff was friendly, breakfast was okay, our only problem was the heavy smell in the hotel and humidity levels in the room. It was so humid that everything in the room was sticky and beds, sheets, towels were all “humid” wet.

My room was dirty the shower had hair in it and dirty, the sink had an open bar of soap sitting next to the unopened bar, the sink had stains on it. The phone didnt work, the tv didnt work, someone came to fix the tv but said the phone would come on it was out because of the storm but it never came back on. I called down for towels + rags because housekeeping left the dirty ones and never put clean ones a hour later l called down again+was told that l could come get it myself which l did. I had to go down twice to get new keys because the keys l had kept deactivating. The housekeeping staff on Wed morning 6/17 on the 2nd floor were very unprofessional, lazy,+ didnt do their job. My stay was not a good one

The front staff was friendly, pool and workout room were open and clean. The room smelled very musty, there were a few hairs in the tub from previous guest. The beds were very comfy and A/C very cold. TV had welcome message on it with my name which was a nice touch. Breakfast was decent but some items cold and eggs not so fresh. Waffles were good, coffee not filled and weak.

This hotel seemed nice from the pictures online and even at first glance when stepping into the lobby and our room. After a full inspection minutes after walking into our room, I checked out the bathroom area (specially where the toilet and walk-in shower was) and it was not pleasant at all. The shower looked as if it needed to be completely redid and the outside had rust around it. The ceiling in the room has wads of hair and plastic on it and the room and entire floor we were on felt damp. For the few moments we stayed in the room, the bed was not something I’d want to sleep on for 3+ nights. The young lady at the front desk was very nice about the situation but I didn’t not feel comfortable sleeping there so I left.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was quiet, clean, and conveniently located. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The only issue I experienced was with a few of the media apps, but it was nothing major overall.
