The staff are all super friendly and accommodating. Location is great in St John’s Town Center only a 20-25 minute ride to the beaches. Rey clean. Couldn’t figure out how to get the burners working gave up after 15 minutes trying!

The room was clean but breakfast terrible and almost nothing to eat just some muffins, coffee and bananas and some oranges. Never again will stay there.

The front desk staff (Malissa & Seren) & Manager Rose are very accommodating, considerate & kind. Generally, they (including the cleaning staff) are quick to respond to the client’s request. The hotel is what I expected it to be. I love the room’s layout, huge fridge & its well-equipped kitchen. And most of all, it’s dog-friendly. I am definitely coming back very soon.

Never got room cleaned the entire stay, on one roll of tissue for 3 people in one room for 3 days, spiders on the patio furniture needs exterminator for that. Other than that I would like to stay here again

Very new property. Staff was excellent. Great location. Room had all you needed. Humidity in room was very high even with AC on. Great value. The room seemed too sterile, with pictures needed on the walls or something.

The only negative comment I have is that there is no overhang at the entrance. It started raining right when I checked in so we were unable to unload our luggage until the rain stopped later that evening. Also our shower gel wasn't filled so there was only enough gel for my daughter. I ended up using shampoo to wash my body.
