Hyatt Studios Jacksonville/St Johns Town Center

Staff was nice and accommodating. Area is nice with plenty to do. My family loved our stay!

The gym was basic but in good shape!

It was a beautiful brand new hotel. Super clean. Awesome location. Lovely outdoor fire pit area. Highly recommend

We arrived at about 7:00pm after all day on the road. The room we were given had not yet been cleaned. There were no more king rooms available, so due to the lateness of getting there took a double queen. The room was clean, so we just decided to keep that room for our stay of two nights. Over all the property was good.

Was only there for one night, but it was very pleasant. The room was quiet, clean comfortable nice home away from home.

overall, i'd give this property 3 out of 5. Room service did not come to clean room not 1 time, when asked about cleaning. Room service lady had an attitude and said we do not clean the room you stay in but every 10 days.. I'd like to assume no one had stayed in the room i was in since 10days ago? Breakfast could be better for these hyatt studio locations. Only coffee and muffins are given out. Good thing is the area, lots of stuff to do.

Clean room and very accommodating staff.

When I explained my mistake she said that it was my mistake we booked through hotels .com and could call them. But she said, with a big smirk on her face they are just going to call me and I will not approve a credit. You will not get refunded for the next day and we had to pay a higher price to stay the night we needed. She was just so mean about it that I asked to speak with her manager and she said the manager wasn’t in and she did t care because it was her, the person speaking with me last day. We aren’t sure how long we will need to stay near Mayo in the future but there is a possible 3 week stay coming up And we will not be considering this property. Last thing we needed after a long drive. Breakfast is a joke. Some breakfast bars and orange juice. The beds are uncomfortable. Too bad but the main reason we won’t stay is the attitude.

The staff are nice and helpful--so friendly and on the ball.

Receptionists are very nice and helpful. However, we had issues with the TV and had to reset it several times to be able to watch it. Some parts of the room were not cleaned properly. Found particles of food in and around mini sofa and hairs stuck in a bathtub foldable seat.

Property was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was courteous and welcoming. I thought the amenities were limited. While there is a fitness room there is no pool and the breakfast was a limited "grab and go". There are plenty of dining options within a couple of miles and it is also close to the University of North Florida and Ikea.

The hotel is well-maintained and very clean. However, the breakfast is only grab-and-go, which isn’t really a full breakfast like other hotel chains offer. Unfortunately, this is not clearly specified when making the reservation, which can be misleading.

The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful ESPECIALLY Malissa she was AWESOME!!!! They have a laundry center on site, and a nice snack selection.Just newly opened so it still smells new. There is a place called The Block within walking distance with different types of food trucks, an HUGE TV screen, lounge chairs, music, and a bar they only accept credit cards NO CASH. Nicely priced. We will be staying here again when we come back to the area.
