I was very pleased with my stay. The staff was warm and welcoming, the room was very clean and comfortable and the mattress and pillows were wonderful!

Since I have been staying there for over 15 years, I found the service and house keeping to be excellent. Very delightful place.

Staff was ,polite and attentive, my four year old felt at home and loved breakfast. The friendliest stay we have had in a while. Highly recommended them.

The whole place smells like cigarettes and mildew. Our room smelled so bad that we requested another. Both TV also did not work in that room. New room smelled slightly better but had no hot water. We were told “it just takes a few minutes”. We left in on for an hour with no hot water… only good thing was the location.

It was extremely clean. Staff went above and beyond to make sure you had everything you need. Love the fact that the location was in the most perfect spot. Were able to walk to just about everything.

The room was very clean. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

The breakfast was nothing to be excited about. The staff was very rude only the manager acted like he want to be at work with a happy spirit. The room air thermostat didn’t show the temp so we had to guess. Room didn’t have towel had to find room service for It. It was my daughters birthday weekend so just made It what It was

Stay was great except we had no hot water. When I told the staff, they just said they were under renovations. Would have been nice to know when we checked in.

No staff for check in after 10:00 pm. I was stuck outside the hotel

All great. Location, cleanliness, pleasant staff , etc fabulous. My only complaint is that they have a nightlife in the bathroom that doesn't turn off and since there is no door to the entrance of the bathroom area, the light reflects off of the bathroom mirror directly to the bed area into your face. Not good for sleeping.

Everyone and everything was very nice as usual. We stayed last August 2025 for college move in and stayed this time too, August 2026. Excellent place and people!

My room smelled of mold/mildew. It was awful. Came home and everything smelled like it. Even the things I didn’t wear

I paid extra to have a bike in my room, but it didn’t work. Front desk said they would get a code from the manager but I didn’t hear anything back.
