My room smelled of mold/mildew. It was awful. Came home and everything smelled like it. Even the things I didn’t wear

I paid extra to have a bike in my room, but it didn’t work. Front desk said they would get a code from the manager but I didn’t hear anything back.

This was some of the best customer service I’ve ever had at a hotel. Homewood suites is now my standard/go-to!

The staff were friendly and worked hard. There was construction above our room, and the toilet overflowed out first morning which would be fine things happened but we reported it, left for the day and came back to the same mess we left and had to call again to have it cleaned while there. Otherwise all our needs were met, everything was clean. Noticable stains on the carpet in hallways but no odors and again overall clean think maybe just an older building.

The room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great for dining and shopping.

Stayed here multiple times, always a pleasure

I've been here a few times and lived here for a few months a couple years ago after a fire at our home. I keep coming to this hotel to stay for date nights etc. I love the room setup, the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The pool is nice and you're right in the middle of everything at the Town Center. There's a basketball court for my son to stay busy and they have all kinds of useful amenities and GREAT breakfast. I always have a good stay here and really appreciate it!

I have really enjoyed staying in this hotel! It has exceeded all my expectations! Location is very convenient, room was spacious and the front desk staff was super friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend it and plan to stay there again when I go back to St John’s!!!

Check in time is at 3:00pm and my room was not ready until almost 7:00pm. I was offered a room with one less bed basically I could sleep on the couch. They said they could not compensate me if I downsize room since I booked through Expedia and they did not know how much I paid. I tried to cancel with Expedia, but they said the manager was not on duty until Monday and they could decide if they were gonna refund me or not and I would just lose my money so I had to wait it out. I had cold groceries in the car. Paid almost $180 for the room but check in time was four hours late so I believe I should be compensated some of my stay. Not only that when I got to the room finally my keys don’t work and housekeeping had to let me in and one roll of toilet paper was empty. I would be glad to update my review if you would make this right and not just count it as a loss for me. We also missed out on our time to swim because when we finally can come to the room, it started storming. I tried really hard to be patient but when you travel all day, that’s the last thing you expect is your room not to be ready that you paid for.

Stayed one night and check in and check out were a breeze. Clean room, comfy bed with full size fridge and microwave were nice too. Can walk to shopping

The rooms were very clean, breakfast was good, staff was friendly and very centrally located

Our room smelled horrible like something had been left wet. The front desk made us hand back pool towels before kids was even dry. They didn’t put enough towels or wash clothes in the room.

Breakfast is excellent. Staff is especially nice and helpful. Love the room. Great, comfortable space. Nice vibe.

The breakfast buffet every day was great, good selection and cooked well. The location was perfect for my event. Close and plenty of shopping establishments nearby. Everything was great

It was so clean and the people were kind the breakfast (mainly for my college aged son) was good he ate before his college tour. We really were comfortable!

The shower dripped, stove light was broken, curtain was missing, and the pool was dirty.
