The room and hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. The room had a window unit which made it feel kind of old school. But it kept the room cool. The facility was right next to top golf and some other things to do with the family. I appreciated they aren’t on the new hotel scam of charging for parking. I would stay here again.

Breakfast was SoOo good especially the cheese omlets and bacon! The parking was very secure as well as great views of top golf and I fly! The distance to the St. Johns Town Center for shopping and food was extra special! Enjoyed my stay and this has officially become my choice of hotel for future visits to Jacksonville! DUUUUVALLL!!!!

Parking was very convenient

The location was convenient, and the room itself had a good layout. We booked a two-night stay, but as soon as we opened the door to our room, we were hit by a very strong smell of vomit. We immediately reported it to the front desk, but the staff told us there was nothing they could do. We complained again the next morning, and the only solution they offered was to place a fan in the room, which did not help at all. We ended up spending both nights in a room that smelled terrible and had a very unpleasant experience. We expected much better service and a different room to be offered.
