The Room was really clean, smelled good. We got the room with the 2 queen size beds and it was a good size. Breakfast was good and they have really good coffee as well. Also, the location is perfect. Tons of restaurants and stores at St. John’s Town Center. This will be my go to when I come visit my daughter at UNF

I do not like the smell of blanket and pillows' cover. It is not fresh, so it makes my sleep uncomfortable.

The bed frames are really sharp. You could tell they tried to fix it with foam pieces but they seem to get worn easily. I'm also short and I could get up there but could see it difficult for elderly.
