AC Hotel Jacksonville St Johns Town Center

Beautiful hotel, great location and very clean

I want to give a special thank‑you to the Manager. A month ago, I had a reservation but ended up hospitalized the same day. They were kind enough to refund my money, and I truly appreciated that level of care. The gym is adequate, but the hydration stations definitely need better monitoring — they were extremely dirty during this stay. Also, a small note: the toilet seat closes very loudly, which made me feel bad for anyone staying below us. Outside of those minor issues, this is still a five‑star stay for us every time.

Check in was easy. Room was beautiful. On a day over 100 degrees totally appreciated the AC already at 70. I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting the town center area

I didn’t like that they allow pets in the facility and that a lot of washcloths and towels had human hair on them before use.

Great hotel, and location

nice and quiet area, close to shopping and all kinds of restaurants. Easy access to freeways. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

It’s close by everywhere and clean The lady in the front desk who check us in and check us out was not very pleasant and very dismissive (rude)

Everyone and Everything was excellent. Extremely clean. At one point it smelled in the hallway on second floor as if a customer had smoked marijuana in the room. The staff put an air purifier in the hall and it made a great difference. This was my first time staying in an AC hotel and I love it. It has become one of my favorites.
