AC Hotel Jacksonville St Johns Town Center

clean and well kept, restaurant food was good.

We stayed here on two separate occasions, first for three nights and then for four. During both stays, the air conditioning in our room operated only in automatic mode. The fan and compressor repeatedly turned on and off throughout the night. The compressor is inside the room and is very loud, and the temperature swung from cold to uncomfortably warm between cycles. I spoke with the front desk about six or seven times and asked whether engineering could set the fan to run continuously so the temperature and noise would be more consistent. Each time, I was told that the system works this way and nothing could be changed. After roughly 40 years of travel, this is the first hotel where I’ve been told there is no way to keep the fan running overnight. The property is spectacular, but the main reason for staying at a hotel is to rest. We could not get a good night’s sleep on either visit. If you are a light sleeper, I cannot recommend staying here unless this issue is resolved.

We have an amazing experience in this hotel, went above and beyond on my expectations. Room was clean and all of our needs are also provided. Love the view too, we’ll definitely book here again! Keep up with the great service too!!

Hotel felt brand new, everything was very clean, the gym was above average for a hotel gym and the staff was helpful

Great Location Nothing I didn’t like had a great stay

It’s clean, perfectly located and hospitable.

Clean Property. Stay Was Very Comfortable.

Just there overnight but amazing staff and service

Beautiful hotel, great location and very clean

I want to give a special thank‑you to the Manager. A month ago, I had a reservation but ended up hospitalized the same day. They were kind enough to refund my money, and I truly appreciated that level of care. The gym is adequate, but the hydration stations definitely need better monitoring — they were extremely dirty during this stay. Also, a small note: the toilet seat closes very loudly, which made me feel bad for anyone staying below us. Outside of those minor issues, this is still a five‑star stay for us every time.

Excellent location and well maintained property

Breakfast and parking should be free

No thanks

Very clean and calming

Top notch hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. Everything you can ask for in a hotel.

Nice breakfast options for decent price

Check in was easy. Room was beautiful. On a day over 100 degrees totally appreciated the AC already at 70. I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting the town center area

I didn’t like that they allow pets in the facility and that a lot of washcloths and towels had human hair on them before use.

Great hotel, and location

nice and quiet area, close to shopping and all kinds of restaurants. Easy access to freeways. Our room was very clean and comfortable.
