Nice hotel

Location

Room was very clean, although we were given someone else's room at first and had to change. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good for free breakfast with a good assortment of choices, however the quality of the food was about 3 star. Parking was very easy and free. Location is great, close to everything. Overall we were very pleased with our family stay.

The property was great and it’s in a great location with a lot of things to do surrounding it. I recommend this property 100%.

location The air conditioner would periodically stop working and heat would start and go up in the 80's. Summer in Florida is not the time for no air conditioner.

Room appeared to have been renovated at sometime. Room was clean and smelled clean (A+). Room had a four person couch to sit on A+). No bath tub, but a walk in shower (A+). What I didn’t like: not enough counter space in bathroom for personal items (A-) and bathroom had a backlit mirror, not bright enough for make-up people (A-). Exterior needs to be power washed (B-). All-in-all, we enjoyed staying at Hyatt at Jacksonville Town Center.

Clean rooms great location very nice

As abruptly woken up at 8:15 in the morning by housekeeping trying to get into the room to clean. Check out time is at noon. To make it worse after finding out, I was still in the room. The housekeeper kept talking to me and trying to come in the room. Totally unacceptable.

Thought I had lucked out with a corner room. After travelling for 20 hours was looking forward to getting some sleep.. no chance. The property is next to a bar, 70 yards from the hotel. Loud banging music and a DJ until midnight. Not just limited to Friday/Saturday… out of 6 nights I had 3 nights of banging music… avoid if you want to sleep

I was in town for business and decided to go with this hotel and I am glad that I did. It was roughly a 20-35 min ride from the airport (with traffic) For one, the location was great because it was surrounded by alot of food/restaurant options. This is a great halfway point between the main area of Jacksonville & Ponte Vedra Beach too. The hotel was super clean, the hallways super clean and the room was as well. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was included with my stay which was a plus for me since I needed something quick and light before early morning meetings. I appreciated that I wasn't forced into a large $30 breakfast the way many hotels do! Overall enjoyed my stay and would very much recommend to anyone visiting this area.

Excellent staff!! Christian at the front desk made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Nice, clean facility. I would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel location. Staff so nice and attentive

This is a solid 3-star hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was good and had convenient hours. The parking lot was large, so it was easy to find parking. There are restaurant options right there in the parking area. The only thing that was less than great was that housekeeping came in and took away the used linens, but they didn't replace what they took away.
