The front desk attendant was irritated when I followed the prompts on the screen and chose my room and informed me that my room choice had no air conditioning and then he apologized and was nicer and much more accomodating. The price of $70 dollars and the location near the St. John's Town Center was amazing and the reason I chose the hotel. There is value in these two aspects and if you can overlook the other issues it is a decent choice. The location was great, however, many homeless people were walking the parking lot and there were many signs letting you know not to leave anything of value in your car, so for a single woman or younger adult I would not recommend for my 26 year old daughter, it just didn't feel safe. The lobby smelled of must. The carpet in my room was stained and ripped near the door allowing light and bugs to come through. The bathtub was stained. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The TV and WiFI worked well.

My door did not lock. The deadbolt did not latch and the door handle fell off in my daughter’s hand

Location was good. Pretty much everything else. Ceilings were dirty, everything was dirty, hair on bed sheets so unsure if they were even clean or not, and just and icky feeling place. The pictures look updated and they tried to or maybe we got an old room they had leftover, but would never stay there again unless they have major renovations.

The location Dirty rooms, smells like cigarettes, rooms are not safe for a family.

The place was falling apart. Blood spatter stain by the front door. Toys still under the bed. Broken hanging light fixture in bathroom. No utensils or anything useful in “full kitchenette”. They knew I was traveling for work and needing to sleep days. They had 9 open rooms and he placed me next to a loud woman and her barking dogs!!! There was one key for 2 occupants and was denied a second key. No one at front desk when I tried to go talk to someone and no one at front desk to check out. The key would not work to open the front desk office. Definitely will not stay there again.

Location and people Can’t smoke in room

The room was clean had to upgrade to get downstairs. There are no extras. You pay extra for daily service and clean towels. There is no coffee pot. In the kitchenet you have to bring everything with you. There are towels and a bar of soap. Bring everything else with you. The room was very nice just dont expect the extra amenities.

Has to be one of the worst checkin experiences I've ever had.

The tub was dirty, room had a smell and was not cleaned. Lights did not fully work. We left shortly after.

Mold in rooms, cobwebs on walls, brown water in taps, disgusting smell in room and bathroom.staff wasn’t taking any accountability
