The walls are a little too thin too much of the noise from others is heard. Especially children running up and down during the night

Dirty elevator and dirty rooms. Rundown. Holes, lights that don’t work, stained everything, short staffed… I couldn’t wait to leave even though my room was changed 3 times the manager gave me the smallest discount for the inconvenience possible. Never again.

MS Elena at the front desk kicked off a great experience. She was so helpful. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating from the front desk to the bartender to the chef and the housekeeping. Beautiful hotel on the water. It is nicely tucked away in a plaza. Several eating placces within a mile . My experience was great.

Was here before boarding my cruise. Enjoyed the staff, area is very peaceful. Would most def stay again

Absolutely stunning hotel!!! The rooms are very nice, clean and roomy!!! The lake adds a special touch and in the evening it’s gorgeous. At check in Elena was absolutely amazing, very personable and hilarious. She made us feel right at home. The bar is super nice and our bartender Candace was amazing! She made great drinks, nightlife suggestions and restaurant recommendations. We will only stay here from now on when visiting Jacksonville!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Jacksonville-Deerwood Park. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Elena at the front desk was friendly, welcoming and helpful, making check-in quick and easy. She upgraded our room to a suite. The room was spacious, quiet, and very well-maintained. The great big bathtub was excellent after a long drive. I was a bit surprised by not having a bathrobe and slippers like usually suits have but other than that everything was great. Hotel’s location was convenient for exploring Jacksonville. The Italian restaurant right across the street was a big plus. Parking was free and easy. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Greetings, From the moment my husband and I arrived everything was beautiful, Front desk clerk is so beautiful spirited she was AMAZING, Hotel was immaculate, spotless clean as well freshed smelling, I didn’t want to leave, I will be returning soon God will🙏

Clean and new

LOVED the area for walking to restaurants and on a small lake. Pool was gorgeous and well equipped workout room. A good value and nice stay

This is a world class property, my favorite in Jacksonville! Ice cold air, friendly staff, late check in option, free parking, clean hotel, you can’t go wrong with this one.

The hotel was very maintained surrounded by everything food movie theater and more the front desk elaine was so amazing sweet lady the pool and hottub was very clean and welcoming

Room vents were disguising! Literally 1/2” of dust build up in the bathroom. Noticed this in the morning after we started sneezing all night!
