Hilton Garden Inn Jacksonville JTB/Deerwood Park

It was a great place to stay at! Great location, great room, great people! Wish the pool and hot tub were cleaned daily and the hot-tub worked.

I prefer to stay at hotels that offer complimentary breakfast with their stay, and this one did not offer a complimentary breakfast. They charge $12.00 for a buffet style breakfast with limited options. I chose to spend $12.00 for a hot breakfast with fresh cooked eggs, toast, bacon, potatoes, delicious coffee and a small orange juice around the corner.

We booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub but it was not working.

Brenda at the front desk was super amazing and helpful

Alex was super nice and helpful. Thank you so much.

Parking was under maintenance, which was not ststed, had to park away from the hotel. Room was right by the elevator so noisy all night. Fire alarm went off early morning, had to evacuate, stairs hard to find, nobody letting guests know what was happening. All in all terrible stay at a Hilton. Location was close to UNF and Town Center.

The room was nice and people were nice enough. The breakfast looked ok. The bananas did not look good. The air conditioner was broken so it was hot at night. They offered us free breakfast for the inconvenience.

I am always made to feel at home when I enter a Hilton property!

Very good

Clean room, nice beds, nice staff

Room was nice and clean. Quiet surroundings. Breakfast was good. Service for room and breakfast was wonderful. Check in and check out handled quickly and courteously. 3rd time to stay here in the last year.

Nice staff

Hi

Everything was good, only negative was the breakfast wasn’t worth 12$

Breakfast was vey goood No bar and bed was a little too firm, and the shower knobs had a little rust shove them

Exceptional

The pool was unusable. Concrete around the pool is breaking up and was covering the bottom of pool. You can tell they don't maintain the pool.

Very good

Ms Terri greeted me with the warmest welcome! The air conditioner was set to 68, it was awesome! Didn’t have to wait 30 minutes to cool the room down! I slept better there than at home! Thank you!
