Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly staff. One complaint that the humidity in the room was so high and the only way to cut it was to keep the thermostat at 68 degrees. The other complaint is that you have to pay to park here. Absolutely ridiculous. This isn’t a resort. It’s not close to anything (that I could see) that would draw in parking from the general population. Paying for the parking is nothing but a money grab.

Find out they charged me 139 I spoke to Gm he apologized and promised my money would me refunded! 2 weeks later I looked at my credit card statement they charged me twice for Incidental payments and I’m Pissed

I am in the hospitality business and maybe the worse customer service I have ever had. They double charged me for my room when my room was paid for before before I got there. I told them that and they said no we did not charge you twice but they did as I to drive back to hotel after my meeting. The GM was there and did a wonderful job with service to help me. The staff is only there for a check as never spoked as they made you feel like your nobody and why you bothering me. The hotel is in a dangerous area as must be 100 signs to lock your car and be careful. They charge you to park as never seen that in an urban hotel. There are homeless people as well. No free breakfast as most hotels of this statue has some type of free breakfast. I will say the GM AND ANOTHER LADY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL TO HELP WITH MY ISSUE AND REFUND MY STAY AS THEY INSISTED THAT THEIR SERVICE WILL BE FIXED.

The girl at front desk was very nice & easy to talk to The ice machine on 3rd floor (where my room was) wasn’t working

Property was beautiful, conveniently located near restaurants and entertainment. Only gripe I had is we received no housekeeping our entire 5 night stay, when we were told it would be every other day.

Do not stay here, again DO NOT STAY HERE. Hotel is fine, but it is aged. They need as much money as they can here and will make up bogus charges to hit you with after check out. Save yourself the money and aggravation and go somewhere else

Staff at night was nice. The day staff wasn’t fully 100% truthful about our cancellation. Not very happy about that. You have to pay to park on the app. The first room we were in had a bad old smell. The ac didn’t work so they moved us. It’s Ina good location if you like to shop.

The room was very clean, modern and the location was excellent to walk to the movies, ChikFila, Insomnia cookies and the beach and the St. John’s Town Center were a short drive away!! Loved it!!!

The facility and room was clean and nice. We’ve stayed here a few times before, but now they are charging for parking that we were not made aware of ahead of time. They also drafted our account three different times which put us the over limit for the day. Two of them did drop off, but it was a major inconvenience to have all those charges drafted at one time. We will probably not stay here again.
