I WAS ASSIGNED ROOM 222 WICH WAS PEOPLE STAGING ON THE ROOM I WENT BACK TO THE FROND DESK NO BODY SHOULD BE ON THAT ROOM THEM THEY GET ME ROOM 226 WHICH WAS NOT READY NOT CLEAN FULL OF GERMAN COCKROACHES,NOT TOWELS,TV W NOT REMOTE CONTROL. WENT BACK TO SEE ATTENDANT AND CONPLAINT ABOUT THE ROOM I WAS READY TO LEAVE THEM THE ATTENDANT CAME TO MY ROOM WEWHERE READY TO LEAVE AND OFFER US WIFE AND ME THE MANAGER SUITE WITH NO TOWELS, WE FOUND WET TOWELS ON THE SHOWER SOMEONE USED BEFORE US ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

Our stay at Jacksonville Deerwood Park FL was absolutely delightful. The rooftop yoga classes, juice bar, and steam room were fantastic additions. Parking garage had excellent lighting and surveillance, adding to overall comfort.

Well the hallways smelled like pee as well as the room and there were roaches everywhere in the room and they didn't refund me my deposit for the room

Soon as I walked on site it was clearly in a bad neighborhood with cops on the premises. I did not feel safe I left.

Really disappointed and won't be returning.

Worst hotel i ever stayed at and it was just for 3 days son 💔

No room keys roaches just a mess

Studio 6 Suites Jacksonville Deerwood Park FL blends modern design with timeless hospitality. The sushi restaurant was phenomenal, rooms featured floor-to-ceiling windows, and we appreciated the coded room entry system and emergency lighting throughout.

This was the worst experience of my life, please check on this place it is horrible.

I Did NOT feel safe to stay at this hotel.

Every thing about this place is nasty!

I could NOT STAY IN EITHER ROOM My first time here in June was very nice, a condom was found in the room and roaches,we were placed in another room so it could be serviced properly, but this time I don't know who or what happened but it should NEVER be like this. Staff was a mess,2 ladies,.one did communicate,but the other lady clearly should've not come to work,because she acted as though we were a bother.. The first room had no toilet paper and no bath towels, looked like a roll away bed was placed in there,it smelled like cigarettes after,the she ran this spill of no smoking and being charged $250,Secondly room was in the very back of the 2nd floor and it smelled like someone didn't wash themselves no tv remote,no smoke detector,again no bath towels. Felt totally unsafe. And I didn't mention NO KEYS for any rooms, so they would have to let us in every time we needed to get in our rooms. Management of this property really should be ashamed of this type of Hospitality.

I just think that the rooms should be ready for the guests when they check in past check in time as well as have room cards available.

I didn’t even go

Check in was 3pm but it was almost 4 before I was given a room. Then after walking to the room housekeeping was still in that room saying something about the sink was clogged. Went back to front and got a new room. I didn’t even end up staying because as soon as I walked in the second room there was a roach crawling across the floor. The stove was disgusting with rust. The tv wall mount had no tv on it but was hanging out of the wall. The area for the smoke alarm was so nasty and dirty. Had no covering and wires were hanging out. The bathroom was even more nasty. The tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months it was discolored and chipped. They charge you for utilities per day which was something I was unaware of they charge a 10$ housekeeping fee. The front desk staff was not helpful at all. They refused to refund me my money even though I did not stay there. I would NOT recommend this property to anyone!!! I spoke with Expedia but they were not helpful either saying the property refused to refund me my money even though I didn’t stay there. The property manager Latisha came with attitude when I went to talk about the refund…Worst experience ever!!!
