The staff was great and helpful although all four days of my stay, the lock/keys to the door would not function. The staff was cool and let us into the room whenever we asked . The maintenance man cursed at my wife because I was asleep in my room and he could not come into the room. Also, someone stepped in dog poop and dragged it all up the walkway and it was still there when I left. The room also had clogged drains in the tub and sink as well as cockroaches . Again, the staff was great . The owners of the hotel or whoever manages it at a higher level than those at the property have totally not set the staff up for success at all.

Never was able to get my room because the key card thing wasn’t able to make keys for me to get in a room so I had to get a refund and sleep in my car because it takes 7 to 10 business days to get the refund back I didn’t like that. I booked the room just to get there and couldn’t get a room.

RUN DOWN. NO TOILET PAPER OR CLEAN TOWELS. ARE ROOM LOOKED LIKE SONEONE JUST LEFT THERE STAYED 1 NIGHT AND LEFT. THE SHEETS WERE SOOOO NASTY, HAD TO BUY MY OWN JUST TO SLEEP THERE 1 NIGHT, THE PLACE SMELT BAD, HALLWAYS WERE SO DIRTY DISGUSTING I CAN KEEP GOING, BUT NOT WORTH IT

Everything was wrong nastiest place I have ever seen

nothing TV remote didn't work, no top sheet in the bed. Not towels or shower mat provided. Staff was disinterested, no eye contact or polite communication after arriving late to process check- out.

Quarto extremamente sujo, o sofá cama super sujo cheio de comida. Tínhamos 1 único travesseiro, não tínhamos toalhas, mas o que me deixou chocada mesmo foi a sujeira. Não recomendo nem para um mendigo.

No hot water, tv had no sound. Burns in the duvet. The room smelled like smoke and who knows what. The room was not clean. There were no towels either. Lots of trash and drug activity. Lots of foot traffic through the halls at night.

The room we stayed in was 125. The couch looked like a dog chewed it up, the arm rest had holes in it. When you pulled the couch cushion up there was dog food in there. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom.. No tv remote. The bathroom tub was all rusty and nasty the soap holder was chipped paint and chipping. It was just nasty in the tub. The bedroom door that closes off was falling apart. The ceiling in the bedroom was brown and chipping. The refrigerator bottom shelf was cracked. Inside the pool was chipping on the walls inside the pool.

I never got to stay....

No breakfast, but at least my cats got to stay My room was filthy. I requested a first floor room because I have hip issues. They gave me a 3rd floor room on the far back of the hotel, and only one elevator works. I had to walk at least 100 yards to get to my room. No ice. Vending machines didn't work.

The staff was nice The room was nasty. The halls smelled like weed, the stairwell like urine. The place was a crap hole.

Ir was in a good location There is no staff from 9pm to 9am. No front desk service and you can’t check in or out during that time. Additionally, no one picks up the phone at that time.

The bathroom was dirty and had dried up soap in the bathtub like someone just took a shower. The tv didn’t work nor did it have a working remote. There was no trash can, bed was broken and nasty stains on the couch. Tried to get a different room but they were out of rooms for the day. Been trying to request a refund for the past few days but the manager is either not there or “upstairs somewhere”. I had my autistic son with me, there’s no way I could let him stay in a room.

Do not recommend especially with children
