Hampton Inn & Suites Jacksonville Deerwood Park

Well 1st of all we were never told that there was construction going on M-S 8-6. The pool and fitness club were closed. They blamed it on never having Expedia send over the reservation. Also the breakfast was horrible to the point my husband got very sick for 24 hours. There was no fresh cut up fruit. Just bananas and oranges. The muffins were so small and the eggs I think were powdered. The coffee was really good. We have stayed in NYC at the Hampton and their breakfast was really good. Fresh cut up fruit. Eggs fresh large croissants and danish. Hopefully they can improve

The breakfast was awful forget about it if you stay here. How disappointing this was as Hampton Inn rewards people. They are now off our list. Beware people if you want to get sleep don’t go here you might as well got better sleep in your car rather than like sleeping on concrete bed. Never again.

Great stay! Very nice hotel and the absolute friendliest staff I've ever experienced at a hotel!!! Highly recommend!

Clean roo

Staff was awesome. Everyone was helpful and very nice

Very good

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location

The hotel is being renovated, which hotels.com didn't disclose when I booked the room. No pool no laundry or fitness center during renovations. Wasn't going to stay but the staff was awesome and made the stay pleasurable even with all the work being done.

Room was nice and remodeled No mention that major renovations were occurring

Breakfest was good

Other than

The tub 3 years ago but they no longer got them Nothing now

Superb

Nice spot

Everything was great! But there was a maintenance so had to use pool in a different hotel

When we arrived to the hotel we were suprised with it being renovated. The lobby was non-existent and the breaskfast area was inside of a conference room which looked quite outdated and somewhat dirtly. The employees were very helpful. The rooms were OK, but I truly disliked being in the middle of renovations. If I knew, I would not have stayed there. I requested a call from hotel manager, which I have not yet received.

The breakfast was good and the staff were awesome! They are doing renovations so there wasn't a lot of parking.

At the staff were very upfront and honest about the construction that was in progress on the property. The staff made our visit, comfortable despite all the construction going on.

Highly recommended…top tier service
