Homewood Suites by Hilton Jacksonville Deerwood Park

Clean room, staff was nice breakfast was good. Only issue was leaking shower faucet..but didnt effect us. Shower old, but got the job done. Close to alot food and shopping. We stayed in rm 322.

Kay kay went about and beyond for me and my daughter during breakfast on Monday July 20th. I greatly appreciate her.

Unfortunately, the room did not meet the level of cleanliness I have come to expect from Hilton. The bathroom was not clean, and the room had a muggy, unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable. I found myself having to spray air freshener several times during my stay. My pillow was also dirty, which became visible when the pillowcase shifted. In addition, the carpets appeared to be in need of a deep cleaning. I believe poor ventilation may have contributed to the odor, as my family's room also had the same unpleasant smell and the hallways. The breakfast area on Saturday was also disappointing. It appeared to be unattended, with many food items either missing or in need of replenishment. Overall, the welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail that I have always associated with Hilton were noticeably lacking during this visit. I hope this feedback is helpful and that these issues can be addressed, as I have always enjoyed staying at Homewood Suites by Hilton and would like to continue choosing Hilton for future stays.

Property seemed under staffed. Pikes of trash and dirty linens left in the hallway daily. We stayed 4 nights. Staff never cleaned the room, changed towels, or collected trash. Pool was not attended to, my son cleaned the pool and had to ask at the front desk for pool towels for his children. Breakfast was decent, staff we did encounter were pleasant.

I have no complaints! The staff was amazing and friendly! The rooms were very clean and tidy and the buffet was amazing! Apparently loved the amenities that was in our room. Lived the pool area and even the common area on the back patio with the fire pit and bbq grills. Will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town

It's a nice property, but it's eear/tear is showing. At least it was in my room.

The full Kitchen had a large ref + utensils and stove + microwave cooking areas which I did not use. I felt like I paid too much for the room. Is there the option to just get a bedroom and suite without a kitchen? I think embassy suites has these type rooms.

The TV. Lack of good channels, don't have a subscription for the most of the stations listed, no Netflix or others. Thank you. Seems like a smell coming from the bathroom. The air conditioner was a little loud.

Everything was excellent

Breakfast was good, outside fire pit and grill area was nice.. room was clean.. pool was nice but the deck was not picked up as people left trash.. Beds we're so uncomfortable and left up sore after 2 nights, wifi didn't work the 1st night and the bedroom internet wasn't working at all for the tv.. Shower water pressure was so bad it was had to wash your hair...
