The woman that checked me in was very sweet and helpful. The room was clean and bigger than I expected.. Would definitely come back again.

I had eye surgery @Lasik, and because of it is recommended to stay in darkness for 24 hrs, as soon I book the hotel Mrs Max went beyond and more to make sure I was on my stay recovering. I am recommending this hotel. Personnel is very caring. Love it, and will be back to this time enjoy the surroundings. Thanks to Mrs Max and the entire staff, thank you!! ♥️ Service

Parking was free, easy to access and right at the hotel. The breakfast was good. The room was clean. We appreciated having a little kitchenette. Instacart delivered right to our door! The only down side was that the hottub in the pool area was not heated. That was disappointing. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Great room/suite. The room was outstanding. Bathroom (tub/toilet) need to be remodeled with grab bars added in tub/shower and by the toilet which seems to be made for a child as it is only 18 inches or so high.

10 out of 10. Great place at a great value One extremely minor issue was the living room tv. Volume didn’t work and remote was missing. It wasn’t a deal breaker.

Hotel employees were excellent, and the social night was a great addition!

The breakfast was HORRIBLE. You could tell the hotel staff did not give a hoot about the quality. The eggs were not done all the way, very watery. The hashbrowns were soggy, the pulled chicken looked like maybe it came from the day before. The bagels were hard as rock. The apple juice tasted super watered down. The fresh fruit was slimy. The breakfast was honestly VERY disappointing. I usually bring my own toiletries, but I forgot and had to use the what the hotel offered. I appreciate the soap was all the things free and was a clean soap, but it left he residue behind like the soap wouldn't wash off your skin. The bed was so comfortable, which I definitely appreciate. I asked to be on the highest floor with a quite room. They put me on the 2nd floor facing the parking lot and there was a semi playing loud music at like 10pm. And could hear it quite clear through the windows. Definitely improve the breakfast.
