The Staff was super helpful and nice

If you're looking for an okay place to stay with no amenities currently available, this is the place for you! It defeated the purpose of my adult getaway. Very nice modern setup when you 1st walk in. Arrived to find pool/hot tub was closed & the hot tub is so gross & green it looks like it hasn't been open all season! I was told the pool being closed was on the hotels website but I didn't see it anywhere when I checked, even adter checking in & going to the site. My significant other & I frequent Marriott hotels due to his work & I've had better breakfast options at other Marriott hotel chains of the same price range. Ended up getting breakfast from the Dunkin across the street before we hit the road our last day. Room had a musty smell but nothing my scented candle couldn't fix on it's warmer. As far as location, it's in a great location with many restaurants & A movie theater within walking distance! It will not be a location I will visit again, however, weigh the pros & cons before choosing this particular location.

There is a cigar lounge across the street that blasts club music until close to 2am. If you are staying over the weekend I would recommend requesting a room on the opposite side of the hotel if you are sensitive to sound while sleeping.

We were in town for a soccer tournament. We booked this hotel for a pool and spa and laundry. The spa, self laundry and ice machine were out of order. The room had water damage and smelled musty.

Yes, the rooms were dirty, mold in the bathtub, nastiness around toilet, icemaker not working

We arrived late due to traveling and they extended out checkout by 2 hours which I really appreciated. The breakfast was ok… the staff was amazing. The room was very nice only thing is the shower could’ve been cleaner. The bed felt amazing

The front desk attendant was very personable and helpful. She went above and beyond. We arrived late in the evening and needed a printer; however, the business center was no longer available. (Apparently it was removed for various reasons.) She allowed us to send the document needed for our trip, leaving the following day, to her email, and she printed it. The hotel was clean, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. Time for some upkeep and updates. When you have rooms that accommodate several people, a sliding door to the bathroom would be nice; it was a little difficult getting ready in the morning.
